The game is only on the PS4.
In the end you need to learn to drive with traction control off. In Sim Racing it's the biggest contributor to exiting the corner faster than the people stuck using traction control.
Brake Bias is important as well. So far I have not seen a track or car that needed a positive setting. You use Brake Bias to help adjust oversteer and understeer. I prefer to mess with downforce settings to adjust those conditions.
Specific car setting will be on this thread as well. Plus you really should look at the videos before learning the tracks. Hot Lappers will show you braking points, turn-in stages, and where to apex.
