This is the 50th anniversary of Physical Graffiti so I think that's the inspiration for a lot of the recent stuff being released. The better video version of In My Time Of Dying from Earl's Court I posted a few days ago, etc.

Feeling a bit nostalgic today and listening to the very first music record I bought, using money I had specifically saved for it:



This was back in '87, and seven-year-old me paid 5.200,00 PTE for it. It was the double-CD version.


Also, rest in peace, Rick Davies.

I stumbled upon the band Life on Venus on Spotify today and I really like their music. They‘re a shoegaze/dream pop band from Russia.

Listened to two of my favorite Bay Area Hip Hop albums today. Usually I‘m not one of those „everything used to be better back in the day!“ guys but hip hop really peaked in the 90‘s!

Old favourite song of mine. 1:15 was filmed just down the road from me (the car rental place still exists today, 23 years later), always found it amusing that this Swedish band filmed part of this music video in my city.
