I've driven the R8 LMS the most with around 4,000 miles.

It's my car for the series I'm in so it's basically all I drive

Edit: Its only been a month, and the only car that I had more miles on in GT5 was the R8 LMP(I had around 5,500 miles on that)

How did you manage to get 11,322 miles on a car without driving it?

I think the most miles I have right now is just under 700 on the Subaru GT300 Base Model.
I have been driving a lot of different cars though so I have a bunch with over 300 miles on them and have the most wins in my Lotus at just under 50

Back in GT4 I had 3 Amuse R1 S2000s and all three of them had over 2000 miles logged in them and one was near 5000 miles, used it on the 24 hr nurburgring among other races

The stats are cool but whenever I look at it I'm like, no willow springs is not my favorite course, you just make me race at that track in every single series.

Don;t worry that will change once you are done with the basic career mode and start picking where you race. I don;t think Willow springs was ever listed on my stats as favorite though, sure there are a few races on it but for me that is good since it is a new track that I have not driven 1000s of laps on already same for Brands Hatch and Bathurst.

For a while I was tuning a nascar on Motegi speedway in the Nascar event and that pushed the Nascar and Motegi into those slots, 633 miles on the 99 Nascar and then I swicthed to a different Nascar and then another so the miles did not go to high. I ended up with over 1,300 miles on Motegi Speedway as my favorite track but that has since changed.
