What car is best for 400pp bspec races?

Hey guys, I'm after a 400pp all round car for bspec races, what car would be best to get? And what tuning should be done?

I used to use that gsxr-4 I thing. That car with 2 bike engines. It's really light, and has decent hp. Bob seemed to like it.

Stock Toyota GT-86 '12 / Scion FR-S '12 / Subaru BRZ-S '12.

Any of these will do, just add a bit of weight to get them to the 400PP mark then keep adding weight while the car breaks in. They will win easy in A-Spec and B-Spec at 400PP and you get the Toyota and the Scion free anyways.

I use a Mitsubishi FTO GPX, just a regular one. It gets the job done. With 400pp races you can't do much to a car usually, unless the car starts out low in PP to begin with.
