Like probably everyone here, I watch a ton of Top Gear. Unfortunately, that show is basically a never-ending stream of cars that aren't sold here in the US. So my question to you is, what is the one car that you would buy if you could, but is/was not for sale in your country?

I'd go with a 2003-2005 Renault Sport Clio V6. Stuffing a big V6 in the back seat of a little hatch, and changing it from front- to rear-wheel drive? That's just absolutely bonkers. I can't imagine how fun that car must be!

This picture sums it up nicely for me:

Renault Megane RS and a Ford Focus RS.

There's just too many to go through... Here's a small...list?

HSV Clubsport Tourer

Oh...and the 2014 Mazda 6 Wagon. Make it a diesel too.

Yeah...I love wagons. :sly: Sorry that it's...not one car. Too many to chose from!

There are a high number of Fiat, Peugeot and Citroen models that I'd love to be able to get, but when I really think about it, this is probably the one that I'm most interested in at the moment:

Practical. "Cute." Why not?

As a Clio owner and fan, I have to agree with you... that V6 one is a monster... I absolutely love it!:O:drool:

I think you can buy the X-bow in the US.

http://www.autoblog.com/2011/03/04/ktm-x-bow-will-start-at-88-500-in-the-u-s/

The North American specification KTM X-Bow is classified as a special construction vehicle by the EPA, NHSTA and individual state
departments of transportation. As such, it is sold without engine and transaxle. The engine and transaxle specified in this and associated
documents is the suggested drivetrain for North American consumers. British Racing Group LLC and Hangar 111 make no
representations as to an individuals ability to register the X-Bow or any of it's derivatives for road use due to varying requirements from
jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Special licensing procedures likely apply. For specific requirements, please contact your state's governing
agency. Licensing and registration of the X-Bow is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Here's a list of cars I would buy if availible in the US:
- Nissan Skyline GT-R R32 Nismo '90
- Ford Focus RS '09
- Ford Escort RS Cosworth '92
- FPV Falcon GT-P '12
- Ford Falcon XB GT '76
- Honda Civic EP Type R '04

Although it's possible to import one and get it converted to RHD, the price exaggeration is massive. Which means that until I have a very, very good day at the casino this...

Will remain a dream. It's funny how many of you guys want variants of our Aussie Falcon. Ford really should have tried exporting the car before chopping it.

I would have considered the Spec-C and R205 if they had been released to the USDM, would have depended on pricing since I know those cars carry a premium and might not have been worth it (though pricing is doesn't seem all that consistent from country to country so there's no way to know for sure. :ouch:

For those who don't know, the Spec-C is a tuned version of the Sti and the R205 is a tuned version of the Spec-C... Had the S206 been a hatchback I'd put that on the list too. 👍

Love the Cappuccino! That black one.... Would be awesome to have Kei cars here. But most Americans wouldn't fit... And the rednecks would be more than happy to try and run you over. :indiff:
