What cities do you wish PD would have featured?

While not a city, my hometown of Grimsby, the decaying fish docks with their bumpy roads and train lines would make for some great tight chases. Obviously, I'm probably the only one thinking this :lol:

Would be better if you exited off LSD onto lower wacker. Driving under ground while going fast is a blast, and dangerous. Take lower wacker to the end, exit 290' then jump back north on 90/94.

Ha! I actually considered that but didn't feel like monkeying around with my directions. Lots of movies have car chases on Lower Wacker (The Dark Knight, Blues Brothers, etc.) and it's an iconic Chicago street.

I have even taken the liberty to, ahem, test the capabilities of my automobile on Lower Wacker once or twice. Just gotta watch out for the homeless people. :sly:
 
As crazy as this sounds, I would love to see the original Detroit street circuit that was used for many Formula 1 races in the 80s.
 
I really hope they include a circuit like this as DLC or in GT6.

Oh as well as I have. I know the whole underground of Chicago like the back of my hand. I did tons of engineering and survey work for the city. I have even walked down lower wacker at night, that will put hair on your chest, gray hair.
 
We used to have a GP race here in downtown Miami many years ago...I wouldn't mind seeing that circuit revived in GT.
 
Dunno if anyone's suggested this yet, but the Isle of Man.

If you're going to put anything in the LA area into GT, it should be this. Southern CA's own version of the Nurburgring, 14.4mi, amazingly fun to drive at a safe pace, I can only imagine what it'd be like in the magic traffic-less world of GT.

Would love this. You could do four or five iconic layouts in LA, all different. This, one featuring Sunset, another featuring PCH out to Malibu and up one of the canyon roads, one with a heavy 110/downtown flavor, etc. There's as much fodder to mine there as PD found in Toyko.

Throw a Montreal layout in there too, either the GP circuit or something in the city proper. The roads looping around the base of Mont Royal would work.

As long as they redo NYC.. GT4's was boring. I want to race down the brooklyn bridge.
 
Maybe Chicago as it's only been in one racing game that i know of PGR2.
 
I would like to see my home town:p, I know of a lot of interesting high-speed routes, also many with beautiful typical German landscapes, would be so darn awesome, I envy all people living in the most important cities like London, they see their town pretty often in games and movies. (Thinking about The Gateway for example-game-ps2)

Lots of gamers HATED this track for some reason. Personally, I enjoyed the scenery at Hong Kong but I don't really miss it in GT5.

Agreed. It and New York were my least favorite. All the others were fine with me.
 
I say they put D.C. in the game and make it a Special event to navigate the Springfield interchange.
