Yeah I changed the Peugeot 50/50 which helped a bit. Completed them all now but that one took me absolutely ages.

The Jag at Grand valley is very tough going. Never want to have to do that ever again!

S10 was difficult but never in doubt unlike those 3. (Grand Valley, the snow one and Spa)
maybe I was lucky with Peugeot, don't know, I runned 45:55 , but not big difference probably...

The Jag I think it's not going to be though because when I tried, I immediately was not far from gold... But I don't think I will manage to gold sp at all from what I've tested..

Do you have any tips for that one?

Made another livery:

KCMG‘s Mercedes from last week‘s Nürburgring 24h race!

Not what I did...what I am about to do

Okay...so I have decided, before seeing the new Daily Race's for this coming week...that I am going to only use MT moving forward (I have been on AT since starting GT7 in January as I ran through the Menu Books / Regular Licenses / and now three weeks of Daily Race A).

However...that is only if I can consistently be a clean (and close) racer as I don't want to affect anybody else's journey up the ranks.

I will be going back through the licenses tonight to make sure I get my head around the extra inputs required...I look forward to seeing you all on track as I pick up (or lose) those tenths.

:)

I went back and gold-ed (with MT) the regular B-Licenses that I had only silver-ed/bronze-d (with AT)…then went through the ones I had already gold-ed and bettered those times as well. Only ten licenses I know, but it was a start.

Then, I did a few MT Time Trial laps of Circuit Gilles Villeneuve as I had been running that track (in AT) for the last week in honour of the F1🏎️ from the weekend, however, my heart wasn't in it (as the F1 weekend was over and I knew that Deep Forest Raceway was sitting there, waiting)...so I selected my garaged Gr.4 of choice and hit the Daily Race B track.

My first 5laps were very average, and by very average I mean terrible. My next 5laps were better but still a bit off and I was not in any way feeling comfortable. I then thought I would select AT again and see if that helped...but as soon as I did I felt weird and awkward and like I was cheating the game, so went back to MT.

This time I just started putting in better and better laps, trying to nail down my brake markers and corner gearings. About 10laps in I had this moment where I kinda just felt like I belonged in a MT car and my laps got real consistent.

I started hearing the gear up-shift points rather than seeing in the HUD when they should be, I started trialling different gears for some corners, I started using up-shifts in gears to arrest over-steering out of tight corners, I started using down-shifts in gears when I would feel like braking wasn't going to be enough and I was going to overshoot a corner. It became really fun being able to make small adjustments to keep my car on the track and work on besting that damn Ghost.

So, I am a very happy camper at the moment, very much looking forward to finishing work today and heading home to get me some Daily Race B action :)

I used TCS 2 and reduced the sensitivity on my wheel to 270° rotation but seeing you're on the gamepad that's no use to you sorry.

Good luck! I'm sure you'll manage it eventually.
thanks man.. I guess that would mean probably higher steering sensitivity on controller.. I managed Jaguar one in around 10 tries and while speaking on phone... but I think I'll have nightmares from s8.. I'm scared to jump in 😆

Another great night on GT7 (by my own personal standard).

I attempted, & then completed, my first Weekly Challenge (tho not without a hiccup). I finished the Weekly Challenge race 1-3 & 5, but I could not access #4 as I had not completed Menu Book #41 (Vision Gran Turismo Trophy)...so it was off to Brand Central & Café' I go 💸☕.

A solid million dollars later (yeah I said $1,000,000) and I have my new 'car' in the Garage, Menu Book #41 done✔️, Race #4 done🟢…and my first Weekly Challenge completed 🏁. Note: Race #4 was completed in D(rive..or 'AT') and furthered my feelings from two nights ago (when I went back to AT for a few Time Trial laps)...it was even more weird ("unrealistic") to not be in MT.

I then went into Sports and raced a few Daily Race B's and it was awesome. MT feels normal and I cant wait to get home and get a few races in before State of Origin 🏉 tonight.

Also...I am looking for a local (Australian) GT7 Sim League to join...to get some races against a regular local group.

I did the Weekly Challenges and won 300,000 Cr. plus a 6* (Car) Ticket that yielded a McLaren P1

I already have one, so I sold it for 2.1M - that should come in handy when the hypercars come out in a few weeks time.

Drove that new time trial quite a bit, thumbs are really hurting. In gold ,but it wont last ,so have to go back to it later on. Im so inconsistent with my laps ,it drives me nuts lol.

Tonight I finally made a Lexus LFA Nürburgring Edition replica. It's nothing special and I didn't take any screenshots (not sure how to copy them off my PS4), but it feels nice to have my own version, not needing to download someone else's from the style library.

I got a Qashqai from a 3-star roulette ticket. I Ended up selling it because it really has nothing going for it, in my opinion. I also got around to finishing up some ****ennō liveries I hadn't gotten around to due to laziness. They're being used for an offline tourney I'm doing.
