The level tickets you speak of give a different random car from the level the ticket has on it. Basically, tickets give out a random car that fit the description of the name of the ticket 👍.

Example: A level 23 ticket only gives cars whose level is 23. A 1981 ticket only gives cars from 1981. Hope it helps 👍.

But you don't get a level ticket when you reach a certain level. You obtain such a ticket for completing a whole race series. For example, completing the beginner series gives you a level 5 ticket. But you don't have to reach level 5. Hope this helps
