What do you think is the most frustrating game ever?

i dont really remember what i was playing but i completely broke one of my controllers a few months ago. The 0 and R2 buttons fell of and my right analog stick got stuck to the left and wont move.

Mafia and gt4 were very frustrating for me. That is definitly not true for Gt4 now though, it just seems too easy. Also most online games i played were hard at first. Stuntman was also very difficult but i enjoyed it a lot at the same time and felt very proud of myself once i finished it.

I found one paticular mission (Zero - Air Raid) in GTA San Andreas very hard.

The first console I ever got was a ps1 with Gran Turismo, I found it very hard to start off with but now I find it much, much easier.

What about Zelda: Oracle of Ages/Seasons? Those are wickedly hard when you do the linked game. Or Megaman Legends, which is awesome, but takes two eternities to complete? Way hard, but my vote will go to Stuntman. It gets so ridiculously impossible by the end, though the beginning isn't that easy either. I think my dad manages to beat it before I did...

A few years ago it was gT2.
Couldnt beat that I-A license! Blazed through S though;)
I broke 2 controllers and bruised my knuckles.
I preffered not to use my gT1 licenses to unlock them all.
Now, its easy as hell.

STREET RACING SYNDICATE!!:ill: :ill:
Dat is da crappest game evveerrrr.
i pre ordered dat stupid game, waited for it 2 come and after2 months it came, i was so exited but wen i first played it :scared: :scared: :scared: :yuck: Worst game u can get:grumpy: :ouch:

For the 53 thousandth time, Stuntman.

When I was 5 years old I smashed a Game Boy on my head while playing Super Mario Land.

Haha. I did the same thing, but with Mario Tennis. I actually broke the ink in the screen. :irked: :irked: :irked:    :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :ouch: :ouch: :ouch:    :indiff: :indiff: :indiff:

I found Jet Force Gemini frustrating simply because the final boss (Mizar I think) was so difficult. Took me a good few attempts, I can tell you!

Did anyone one ever play a game called Kula World? That thing drove me up the wall.

I've also had In Cold Blood since the week it came out and havn't got out of the first area yet.

DBZ: Budokai 2 on 'Very Hard' diff. setting. (The A.I is faster than the actual CPU will process the Humans contoller entries.)

Ninja Gaiden. (Have fun playing this, see how long you will last)

Devil May Cry 3 on 'Hard' Mode. (A True test of skill...and a HALF!)

Well, I don't have much new to add, but these four are the major ones.

Abe's Oddysee: Fun as hell, but the third fourth of that game was so friggin' hard. Finished it though.

Driver 2: Oh my God, last mission, oh my God. Once again, still able to pass it eventually.

Stuntman: Pretty frustrating, especially in Monaco, which was the last movie I think. But I actually feel pretty good about myself for that one, I beat it in one five-day rental.

NASCAR Thunder 2004: There's a mission on the second level of missions (or maybe the third) where you have both pass a car and not run out of gas, while on worn tires. And it was at Rockingham, which is a hella weid track. And there's also the mission at Michigan in the bonus mission level where you have to win the race from tenth place with five laps to go or some such nonsense. But I still managed to get through them.

Is that the one where they spin you out on purpose and put u on worn tires and expect you to finish in the top 5. That mission was BS :grumpy:

I still don't get why Stuntman is one of the Top 10 Hardest PS2 Games of all time List.
I mean, i finished every scene for every movie 100% in less than two weeks!

Don't get me wrong, there's plenty of games out there that I find ferociously hard but I just can't seem to find any 'extreme' difficulty in this one.

PS. Anyone ever played Contra?

Well, we're not talking so much about difficulty as we're talking about frustration level. Part of frustration is knowing you can do something but always managing to screw it up somehow.

QFE. And I want to add Amored Core: Last Raven to the list! :irked:

Even though it is one of my favorite games, Midnight Club 2 is SO hard. I've mastered most of the LA and Paris races (some of which are still tough) and I've only been able to create two race in Tokyo. It is just so hard.

Also, Stuntman is frustratingly difficult also. Not far into it, I deleted my save (took up way too much space) and threw it in the closet, never to be played again.

I find Midnight Club series to be very frustrating. Not just that they race you with a better car, the traffic seems to get out of CPU's way and get into your way.

Need for Speed Most Wanted, in the pursuits and because of the 'stiff' handling.
Onimusha Warlords - only the puzzle part though.
All sims, why? Because I hate them.

^^^^
i didn't find NFS: MW frustrating, but each to his own

i think Devil May Cry series is definately frustrating.
(except for 2, heard it is crap, didn't play it)
