I have not read every post, but I really want to NOT get sent to my main screen eveytime i buy a new car... I usually buy 2 of everycar.
 
Well, one thing I really want is for PD to change some of the license times i.e IC-3, IC-10, IB-3, and so on. A custom livery would be nice, but that's too much work for a single update.
 
Finally, I hope that PD will implement Drift events to A-Spec and online racing as it is not so difficult for them as long as there are drift events already exist in practice mode, they only have to reward us with exp. points and credits for completing them.............
Shame that they didnt bring drift online, thousands of people like to drift...Online.........
I dont think someone will complain on me for that dream cause its not much for PD to do with a patch content for that...Drifters have nothing but practice and 10 cars wich we cannot use for real drift challenge....
 
After going through "what wrong with racing hards?" thread, I want PD to fix the racing tire issue.

Softs last too long, while hards last too short. Mediums is the middle child that people forget about.
 
Okay, one thing which has bugged me since GT5: Prologue which I'd love for PD to add - The ability to delete individual times from your personal rankings. I just find it incredibly annoying to see multiple times from the same car there which are keeping slower cars out of the rankings. It would also be nice if the rankings weren't limited to 10 lap times.
 
Didnt read the whole thread guys; i just had to laugh really hard when i read someone say this on the first page:

"PD left out the option of wheel changes because you'd be putting Premium-quality wheels on a standard car and it would look unbalanced."

The whole game is unbalanced!

Wow look at that great looking premium car! And look at the smoke! Now combine the two = jagged edges and glitchy shadows..

Yeah PD really takes continuity into account.. Yep.


Oh yeah; Ontopic:

The function to save tuning setups really needs to be added.
 
Save option for the enduros and any championship with more than 2 races.
More races and the expansion beyond level 40, why not a 1000

So, if you feel everything is unbalanced, why putting the next unbalanced feature in it? Give us a reason!

&#8226; A better interface for seing which of your friends are online, and giving an idea of what they're doing. ie: 'GTP_random is running B-Spec Like The Wind at Indianapolis' or 'GTP_random is racing online in GTP_randomtwo's lounge'.

Sorry if this has been posted before, but I would like to see the following:

_ The addition of "Racing Series" tools to the online component. Alot of "sports" games have various online league tools in them. I think GT5 would benefit from them as well. They could include.

_participant lists
_track lists
_calendars
_prizes
_point systems, along with the ability of the administrator to penalize by taking points away.
_rules, the ability of the admin to select from a suite of rules/cars/race start options, etc....

I'm sure there are things I'm missing, but you get the point.

Most of the above, but the last three would be truly excellent additions.

EDIT: And I would like the shadows and smoke pixellation addressed!

EDIT2: And the option to have your PSN ID as a personalised numberplate on each individual car.

I don't want to be hassled with that stupid prompt every time I leave the modes.

The fact there is no option to remove it shows PD's incompetence.

Great ideas. For the Endurance races seems so logical to let you save in the pits.

One thing I forgot that I would really want is the ability to set A/B on any track segment. Would solve the need to create separate drag strip track(s) (though that would always be welcome, too) which would tell you the exact distance for ex. 402m and perhaps have increments from the dpad or analog down to 1/8th of a mile - 201m, etc or up to a 1/2 mile or full mile, etc etc). Most of us would be doing this on the level straights, but I could see some fun S-turn 1/4's, etc. :D Would obviously be a nice feature to record/display the 0-60, and 1/4 mile times, etc.

Have you even NOTICED how much faster everything responds when you aren't logged into PD's servers? Menu screens, race transitions, a whole BUNCH of stuff (basically almost everything) gets uploaded to PD's servers in GT Life. Disconnect from PD's server (actually, this is whet the guy wants. What you HAVE to do is log out of the entire PS network to do it) next time you aren't playing online.

Then you'll know.
 
Lots of great input here but the only things I can think of are an option button to skip the oil change and wash animations (it was cute the first 4,782 times but enough is enough) and when modding a car do I have to confirm that many times to install? The reason I say that is I'd rather be racing than waiting for animations and loading screens.

+1 I hate those little mechanics, they take forever. And modding should just be a 🤬 checklist, not a emergency room questionaire!

I would like to see a road course, not a little trip to the corner store either. I'm talking full on Autobahn or Freeway running from the Yukon to the Amazon. with awesome scenery and weather that dishes out credits and xp based on time and whether you race dirty or clean. Thats a real endurance race.
 
Fix BGM bug and add a button to skip songs during race. Or atleast a BGM option in your pause menu..
 
I would like to:
change the colors of my red-bull
change able rim size and more variety of rims
last of all race mod available on all cars
