I'd leave it alone, I once set it to 10% while doing the Suzuka B-Spec endurance, went off to do something and came back to find my Bobs pitting on every lap, every driver was just knackered when they came out so they pitted but they didn't have enough time to recover before they went out again. I turned it off, and although that meant one driver was seriously, seriously tired and lapping slowly, the others were recovering and were much faster.
