I'll just get the standard edition, because I don't care about the extras you get in other editions. I will rather save money and maybe spend some on DLC that will get released later (cars).

I was originally planning to get the SE for collection only (never open) and the CE to open and play around with, but I got in a car accident soo.. I'm stuck with the standard. :(

Pre-ordered the CE, which will (hopefully) arrive at home while i'm on a business trip for 4 weeks. Oh well ...

Just pre-ordered the CE. Tried to pre-order the sig Edition to ship here to the US, but they said they couldn't ship outside of EU so...
 
Collectors edition for me. I want the Apex book and the 5 special DLC cars. After that I can start saving for my G27.
 
I'm buying the SE simply because I have no option: it's the only version available in my country. :guilty:
 
Standard edition for me. because thats the only 1 they are going to stock at my other half's work and she gets a major staff discount so thats the one i'm going for.
 
After years of waiting standard will do just fine.
 
Standard for me as well. I bought a G27 at the same time, so I passed on the CE. Wheel here next week, GT5 on release date.
 
The Australian version of collectors does not include a car model. I have pre ordered signature edition but I am having second thoughts about it as it as too much for a game. I want to order collectors edition from the US which has the GTR model and a key fob for around the same price as the AUS collectors which only comes with APEX magazine and chrome line vehicle pack. Will the US version work here in Aus and will I be able to play online?
 
I'm going to buy the Standard one cause the Collectioners edition in Europe kinda sucks :/ If it was the same as the American one then I would buy that.

It'll work, but if DLC comes along you'll need to buy it on the US PSN store.

Thanks! It was just a minor incident, but costly nonetheless. Sadly, it was my CLK32 that got hit. :(

Im getting the CE from Amazon. Oh and just incase anyone was going to order from Gamestop the CE is sold out.

Standard... I had a $70 rebate from BFGoodrich, so I just paid for it in full with that. I'm in college, so even a $20 bill is like gold to me. :D

i'll take the collector's edition for $100 please.

the model car will complement the shelving in my game room once i complete it. plus after reading some of the posts here, i'm thinking of building some more model cars of my own to enhance the look.

apparently, the included model cars may fetch upwards of $70 in the future so it's simply a win-win situation if that happens. even if it doesn't, at least i'll own something with some kind of exclusivity.

Honestly, I'm not sure you have more than 1, seeing as the car accident has forced you to forgo the $40 a collectors edition cost over the standard. If you have a clk32, a clk63, and a corolla then the $40 should be nothing to you. Like I said, no one cars about what you have or don't but posts that make you look untruthful don't help in any way.
You wouldn't be the first in the "more money than brains club".
