Mostly Gran Turismo 5 and Tekken Revolution have been in the PS3. Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is now about to be in circulation since I'm trying to win back everything and of course, Ace Combat Assault Horizon is there primarily just for my video series on my other channel.

I play tekken a lot to. You should add me, I am a good fighter.

I have been playing to much Gran Turismo 5. These Racing Series, Drift Comps have been interesting me alot. Need to start to play GTA IV before GTA V comes out :D. Anyone down for some MP?

Pokemon Fire Red.

Dragon Quest VIII

Shadow of the Colossus

Devil May Cry 3

Final Fantasy X

Nice picks. 👍 Shadow of the Colossus is a beautiful game. I was playing Pokemon Ruby sort of recently for that same reason.

I would be...if my computer could even run the copy of GTA IV I bought to play on it.

Playing Mass Effect 3 at the moment, I bought the three games together for PC. Had fun playing multi player too, only for the kids crying about me using vanguard, what ever their problem is? Some even leave the game.

Yeah, although, lots of nostalgia at work here  I'd love a game like SotC made for next-gen consoles, or, better yet, PC. The Last Guardian somehow never saw the light of day :indiff:

Worst PC port ever, in all honesty :ouch:

Does anyone else use emulators? I am using a N64 emulator for my a droid RAZR m and it runs %100 fine. It even looks HD like.

I'm not too sure whether GTP likes emulation talk. Depending on where you live, it could be considered piracy - which is frowned upon on here ;)

I can only comment on the legal situation in Germany. It's legal as long as you physically own the game you're emulating and you're not bypassing any DRM or copy protection or whatever. So, I do use emulators - although, only for these Pokemon games

Trying to play the worst PC port ever on the worst laptop ever? Not a recipe for success. :nervous: I really should just pick it up on PS3.

This, basically.

And I'd be willing to bet that at least 90% of people who use emulators use them for Pokemon.

I own a copy. But I thought it was OK as long as you don't sell the software/ digital download to the public.

Well, according to German law, you may create backups and use them with impunity instead of the original as long as:
  1. You've legally purchased the original copy of the game in question
  2. You're not distributing it in any way, commercially or otherwise
  3. You're not circumventing any sort of copy protection (in that case, it'd be a typical grey area)
This, basically, allows me to create a backup to use should the medium get damaged. The reasoning would be that the license I've purchased in order to use the data isn't affected by the state its medium is in. That's what one of the lawyers at my company told me somewhat recently, at the very least...

I've been playing my usual favourites lately; Borderlands 2, Arma 3, Just Cause 2 and Payday 2.

The dev build of Arma 3 has recently had all the launch content added to it and there are multiplayer scenarios already running for Altis, it's a shame that my frame rate is less than half of what it is on Stratis (where it was only 20fps!) but I believe there is still a lot of optimisation to be done.

I've started my third UVHM playthrough on Borderlands 2, I'm just about to fight BNK3R with Axton which should be interesting as my shield is three levels out of date...

In Just Cause 2 I'm just slowly shuffling towards 100% completion in hardcore mode, it's really not easy.

As for Payday 2, I find my interest is waning. There just isn't anything to do after level 40, really, besides teaming up with people you know to do heists properly, that is. The last game had better longevity, I think.

Since I sold my XBOX 360 (kept the games though) and can no longer play TDU1 for the time being, I gave the PS2 version an honest chance last evening.

Surely, it doesn't have motorcycles, Ferraris or the photomode, it's graphically unimpressive and it does unfortunately lack in the sound department too in comparison, but considering the size of the map and the amount of content I think they've done a great job with it and to match the puny PS2's performance. The gameplay is very straightforward and fun - dare I say more so than the XBOX 360 version.

I currently own one house, with three cars (two of them prize cars), around 700K in cash, 270K in Master Points and slowly working my way through all 164 challenges on hard difficulty.

I've only ever played the PS2 version of TDU and I love it. It's way behind the 360/PC version in graphics and features, but it's still a huge amount of fun. I also enjoy the soothing electronic soundtrack more than the 360 version (the menu music in particular...I could listen to it for hours). I really should get back into both that and TDU 2.

The little bit of spare time I spend with gaming currently goes to Dragon Quest VIII, exclusively. Great game, very old school, and it did age pretty well. The cell shading really is kinda timelss. I'm not very far into it, but the old fashioned gameplay is awesome. I don't know, it reminds me so much of the RPGs I used to play on the Super Nintendo...

Sigh, sometimes I wish there were more games like it around. But, I suppose that slow-paced games don't click with your average gamer, nowadays. :indiff:

Star Wars : The Old Republic (though havin a break while mate is on holidays)
Diablo 3 - occasionally

That's it actually for the moment, not done much gaming in the last week really.

Played Pokemon Soul Silver for a few minutes on my Walkman through emulation but it was so damn slow.

I lost all interest in playing games but returning to GTP and reading about new race makes me want to start gaming again. :ouch:

It's so expensive. I need a new graphics card, Windows 7, a new wheel and pedals and a few new games like:

* Assetto Corsa

* pCars

* The next car game (flatout sequel)

Finished TBOGT recently and started playing some Saints Row 2.
So i've been free-roaming like crazy in preperation for GTA V.
