What games are you playing now?

Finally got completely bored of GT7, even the manufacturers cup which I almost always do. Let my PS Plus end as that was my only multiplayer game at the moment.

Back to my good old single player games. Near the end of Hogwarts Legacy and then I need to find something to fill the gap until 007 First Light releases.

solo only gt7..

I play riders republic, hot wheels, crew, wreckfest and some nfs with my son

tbf I have so many good games on my ps that I don't have to buy any new ones for years.. I just wish modern games haven't ignore Split Screen mode..

I’m not doing this again. At least not without an actual progression that is not skill based.
I am by no means trying to force you to pick up Saros if you find you didn't like it already but I will say that there is a feature that unlocks (after the first boss fight I believe, but apparently it can unlock sooner if you max out the skill tree at that point) that will perhaps help you enjoy it more.

That feature being a Modifier option in Primary where you can make adjustments to balance the game and make things easier/less frustrating if you choose. I was having a hard time with the 6th boss fight, thought I'd never complete it, so I gave in and adjusted the Modifiers to deal more damage to enemies and I beat that boss in less than 2 minutes.

Thanks for the heads up! I will look into it. Probably wont install it again before Forza Horizon 6 hits though.

Halo 4 was alright, I don't miss it or any of the others though. The whole franchise is basically a 7/10 game with a high budget. Nothing wrong with that!

Moved on to Carrion, it's OK, just a bit awkward and when the flamethrowers showed up I decided I'd seen enough. Moved on to Turnip Boy Robs a Bank which is exceedingly silly, finished it in something like 4 hours, it was entertaining but I think I preferred committing tax evasion.

Don't know what to play next, might do a few more indie games then pick up either Mafia 2 or Yakuza 3. Watch as I go on to play none of these.

Raid shadow legends on my MacBook air auto playing and Elite Dangerous at the same time on my gaming PC. I hardly ever turn my PS5 Pro on anymore.

In anticipation for FH6, I started FH4 again (Xbox Series X), and the old girl just looks as good as it did back in the day. That being said, I noticed how laggy the regular Xbox controller feels (and how mushy the triggers are) when compared with the 8bitdo controller that I use on PC. It's time to go Hall effect and haptics, Xbox!

Vampire Crawlers. Its taken over most of all my gaming for the past week. Much like Vampire Survivors, it's just simple addictive gameplay.

Also decided to get back into Roadcraft a little. Its been a long time since I last booted it up.

These two games were on sale for on the MS Store. I didn't like them much when I played them on release but for £5 and £7 they satisfy my (ahem) criterion for a repeat play on a modern console.

As expected, I didn't play any indie games, Mafia 2 or Yakuza 3, I picked up Dishonoured: Death of the Outsider instead. It's great, I forgot how good the Dishonoured games are!

After years of thinking about this game, recently getting into discussions about it, and watching videos on it, I finally decided to get back to Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition Remix on PS2. I don't even know exactly how long it's been since I spent any quality time playing the game and making any meaningful progress in it, but I don't think I have done much at all with it since at least 2008 or so. Whatever the case may be, this game has been a favorite of mine for a very long time now, so much so that it made my list of top 10 favorite racing games, and for good reason. So I think it's about time I finally returned to the game and finished the career I started all the way back in 2007. I am already having a good time with it again, and I am hoping to finish it by the end of the month.

Eventually, I am going to play through all the prior titles since I haven't touched them much at all, and I might even start fresh with MC3 itself afterward. Thinking about it now, I should probably beat MCLA first before I do any of that.
