You know what my Gears are being seriously Ground hard by?
Pretty much all of the above is slow chat, it's not answering the question which is (seeing as a reminder seems relevant) WHAT GRINDS YOUR GEARS?
One line posts with no relevence to the thread subject are getting too much now, I know some of you are just set on upping your post count, so those who are please go and do it somewhere else (like the GT5 section) this thread is for Gear Grinding, not constant, irrelevant, pointless slow chat!
I'm sorry I have to go on about it, but unless it changes I believe I can lock the thread, which I would rather do than see it keep deminishing into a chat thread.
Am I over-reacting? I don't know, but I have asked repeated times and nothing changes, so please sort it out.

The last two days have been real good for me, I have finally freed myself from SRG (read my last rant if you have no clue who that is) and it seems to have had a real impact, I no longer have the feeling of needing to help somebody constantly to compensate for any guilt feelings.
But I still feel strange about it...
We have been really good friends for a really long time, and just dropping her off silently that way feels extremely awkward. Then again I always think about how she called me her best friend and such, while still treating me like somebody she does not care about in real life... I have the feeling she thinks I'm not giving enough, but I was giving so much it almost killed all of my spare time and on more than one occasion a modest "thank you" was all I got back for it. Keep in mind that was usually via text or other virtual forms of contact. I never got any "real" reactions from her. This just killed it for me.
That is probably why I don't care about her anymore. It's like there's two SRGs, the virtual SRG and the real SRG. The real SRG has always been acting strange towards me, and now that the virtual SRG has started acting like this too, it's just over.
So my question is, is the Internet taking over personalities now?
My point is Facebook. Sticking with SRG, she's kind of an addict. She's not exactly posting what she's doing every single second, but I have the feeling she does not know when something is being posted openly visible and when something's private. This is especially annoying when there's stuff you
really never wanted to know about spammed all over your Facebook front page. It's not only her, lots of girls from my class are doing the same, and mostly my only reaction is a good ole' facepalm. There's just so much 🤬 being posted, I doubt it's worth the server capacity. Every single knickknack is being posted, ranging from posting three times about how they are coloring their hair at the moment to really, really disgusting public conversations about things that should be private. As an example, they aren't even afraid of bullying someone
who is on Facebook via public statuses and wall posts.
This 🤬 sucks.
People like these should be thrown off of Facebook for good, or just get rid of this 🤬. My life was good without social networks, and the few relationships I've established utilizing Facebook and the likes can be maintained by plain text messages too.
Well, I guess that's enough Facebook bashing for today. Of course Facebook has its advantages, too, but as this is a rant I'm going to keep it partial.
