I think my new HDTV is affecting my PS3's downloading speed :odd:

Is it one of these internet TV's? If so it may do due to sharing the bandwidth out more? Otherwise I don't see why it would affect the download speed of your PS3 :odd:

CARCRASH
At least you have an Ipod, I haven't got any touchscreen things. My phone is a Sony Ericsson W580i and that is it. I do however get quite a lot of computer time.

Did you pay for it or did your dad? I pay for stuff like that so my parents can't take it away. I have no idea how to send this message off of the tablet app.....

It was a Christmas present from my Dad a few years ago.

No, the worst web browsing experience ever was my old phone. That phone ground my gears so much...

Try a Nokia 6310. My price plan back then charged me 1c per KB. :grumpy: I wasted nearly €6 one night browsing the Internet.

What grinds my gears is that I ate way to much junk over the past 2 days. I probably gained like 10 pounds, I had so much fast food and some candy and soda. I gotta fast for a few days now

Needing to get an HDMI cable fir my PS3 after getting a TV and F1 2011. Because the game us in black and white.

That's crazy!

Now I'm getting lazy to go back to school next week. What are the odds to my brain??

If I was in your position of getting really lazy. I'd never turn up to school in very late January/early February. :p

Self-Checkout Machines at supermarkets grinds my gears. Instead of making things faster, they slow you down. I spent about 8 minutes trying to buy a apple pie and cool whip.

Ah, that explains it. But I never drank beer, just spirit mixers... (with the ice).

Hm, maybe fake spirits, aha!

Even one of the biggest bars in the city sell fake booze. I was there with my old man once and we ordered a bottle of Gordon's gin. Despite costing a fortune it was a complete rip off of anything remotely gin-like. I can understand them conning the locals as they know no better but c'mon, two chaps from London? Don't even bother!

My poor laptop has gone through 2 viruses this past week and has taking a severe blow from the second one. For whatever reason, my laptop will no longer connect to the internet anymore. It acknowledges our IP, but gets trapped in the verifying bit. We've done all we could do, and no results. It may just be dead. Stupid virus, grinding my gears a heck of a lot. :banghead: By the way, I'm posting via family desktop computer.

Also, the viruses were called XP Antivirus 2012 and XP Antispybot 2012. (It may have been just Spybot, I can't remember)

^^^^

You have to watch out when downloading Antivirus programs. Lots of them impersonate real ones. As soon as you click "Remove Virus(es)" or such that means the attack will begin. However some programs attempt to attack whilst installation. I think there was this one site where it showed you how to remove those programs, plus the damage they did.

You can try these links:
http://deletemalware.blogspot.com/2011/06/remove-xp-antispyware-2012-xp-internet.html <-- XP Antispyware
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-xp-antivirus-2012 <-- XP Antivirus

You can use Malwarebytes to clean up the mess.

I've had my antivirus systems on my laptop since day 1 of having it. These frauds closed down my browser and start to do a scan out of no where. Every so often a warning will throw itself up saying "You computer may be in danger! Click here to see the details." Pissing me off real badly. It's gone under 5 scans from Avast, 3 from Malware and a Search & Destroy program once. They find a whole bunch of crap and we got rid of them. My mother thinks one of the infected files was vital to my internet access.

So only the viruses are gone, not the programs itself?

My dad has now taken my iPod overnighf :grumpy: So Im back to my kindle again...:(

Why'd he do that?

Parents do strange things...

Idiots who let their entire group down annoy me. I once had to do a team project in school, which involved inventing and presenting a charity. One kid in the group was just like 'Ma powapoint skillz are like, total pwnage man' so we let him do the PowerPoint, much to his satisfaction. The lesson before we have to do it, he brings it in and it's 2 slides, both with white background and black text, basically the name of our charity and then some crying child.

What's grinding my gears is how everything I got on the Internet is taking forever to get here! I got a Nissan R89C off of eBay about a week ago and it was supposed to be a gift but I still haven't gotten it. I got a package today and thought it was about the same size box but of course it wasn't. I hope my DFGT gets here before the break ends.

Team killers on Uncharted 2 Multiplayer, honestly these guys should not be allowed to play games at all. On one of the maps you have to go through a small door at the beginning and it's only wide enough for one player. This guy then stands in the middle while we are trying to go through. He then grenades 3 of the team and then we couldn't kick him because they have to kill you twice before you can do that.:banghead::banghead::banghead:

I can understand why it's twice. The first time might be an accident.

Speaking of annoying arseholes in video games, I came across two absolute cheaters in a GTA Race. They managed to run me over, and proceeded to kill me 40 times before I could finish. PSN needs to allow us to report players for conduct as well as nasty messages.

Yeah, I've done that many times before trying to protect my team mates then I end up killing them.

Idiots who repeatedly hog helicopters on BF3, and spend most their time spinning around like some kind of flying washing machine...
