What grinds my gears?

Thieves.

The reason my MR2 has no radio is, it was stolen. Not a huge problem, but the whole center console basically fell apart because of the radio being stolen. Thank you thief, for ruining the whole center console of my MR2.

I know how you feel. My Bonneville (before it became mine) had the radio yanked out a few years back. It's a horrible feeling, and makes you wonder what kind of person would do such a thing. Worst part was, after they yanked it out, they smashed it and left in on the front seat...

So yeah, that car stays in the garage every night now. Hope you get the MR2 fixed soon!

Quite a gear grinder. But if it's repairable, it's not so bad. Years ago my older brother had his MkI MR2 stolen, yes, the whole car and it was found stripped and torched. It didn't look too pretty. Now that's quite bad.

Hope you get your Mr2 fixed up. :) Which model is it by the way? Can you direct me to some photos of it?
 
It grinds my gears how people are almost completely moving from Messenger to FB. At this rate, I might be left without any friends there, and would probably have to rely on some forum to communicate with people instead. (and that's quite slow...) :(

The stupid british weather this winter, normally it's not this rainy at this time of year, least not as far as I can remember, cold yeah but not rainy. I wanted to go out and play golf today but noooo stupid rain lead to my friends cancelling on me pfft....

It always rains in the summer here. And then in the winter it either rains more, snows or you end up being pelted with sleet... :indiff:

In Summer we've had 3 and a half sunny days this year. For the first time in the past two centuries it seems that we had sun on Christmas.

No one's really that close to me that I would absolutely have to go to FB. And even if I had to, I still wouldn't, because I simply feel it's wrong to only go to a site because everyone else does as well.

This really grinds my gears. I don't mind that people can change their username. I remember one forum I was a part of for over 5 years, I wished I could change my username, but couldn't. What really grinds my gears is when people change their username, but don't put something in their signature about it.

I actually think that it should be mandatory for people who have changed their username to devote one line of their signature to it as it can be quite confusing sometimes.

I think someone asked once that previous usernames should be recorded under About Me in your profile.

Currently my old username is in my user title, which hopefully makes it obvious who I am. In a week or so I'll probably drop it, since most people will have seen it.
 
Gran Turismo grinds my gears. The servers are complete crap, I get disconnected waaay to often, and it's ridiculous. And to add to the misery, whenever I do anything now, like switching from menu to menu, the game will just sit there for the longest time, loading. What the hell? I thought I was used to GT's horrendous loading times, but lately it's just gone through the roof. I feel like I'm wasting my time whenever I start up Gran Turismo now. These loading times and crappy servers ruin it.

My brother... Still. I swear when I move out I'm never going to talk to him again. Apparently, it's stupid to spend money on a wheel and seat yet he blows literally ALL his money on weed. It blows my mind how 🤬 stupid he is, he thinks that just because my dad owns his own business, that he'll just get it passed down to him like it was to my dad. He has hit to be the most irresponsible and childish person I know. Also he claims that once he moves out he's just gonna stop smoking weed which I SEVERELY doubt. Something I forgot is how he spends all this money on drug to smoke out of and what have you but me buying a wheel is apparently a waste of money. He seriously needs to just grow the 🤬 up.

Of course this isn't all why I wouldn't ever talk to him err again but just what annoyed me today.

^Ilikewaffles, do you call your brother by his name? Just call him Stink O' Weedy. I usually refer to my brother as Captain Clot, or Master Moron. It won't help the situation but it's fun. ;)

Haha me and my friends call him something I can't quite say on the forum but otherwise I call home the "dumbas" to pretty much everyone but him. :sly:
 
I've had nothing to complain about for the last while. Until now! What grinds my gears? People that unnecessarily place fear in you by saying they are going to reveal stuff you said before. Seriously? What's the purpose? I mean are you that jealous of someone being successful, finally having things go their way? You have to bring them down to your level? People that do that are sickening, disgraceful. End of rant. Note- this is about someone else, not myself.
 
When people say stuff like "funnest". That isn't a word. It's most fun. But what's even worse is when they say some like "more funner". What they heck? You just completely contradicted your knowledge of grammar. You start the correct way, but then throw it all away. But I'm not exactly the best at grammar either so, I shouldn't talk.

My load times are prity much instant i never get disconnected and i never lag sooo i guess thats just your internet. :ouch:

Meh, I'd rather not get involved in that kind of stuff, it doesn't really bother me that much.
