I hate when I go to use a computer in our schools library and somebody has broken off one of the little tabs at the back of the keyboard that keeps it at an angle. And you can't use the other tab because then the keyboard will rock ack and forth.

Or when you go to use a computer at the school library and it crashes and when you boot it back up it's in German. That happened to me a while ago.

Did you know that the school computers we have came with windows 7, but the tech department uninstalled it and put XP on them. Why?????

Probably so most people can use them without asking for help. A lot of people still run XP because it's been around for a long time. Having to teach the kids how to use 7 would be too much work.

They might have found out that some piece of hardware or software was deprecated enough that it wouldn't run on 7, and had to revert until they can replace it. My college had to put off upgrading to 7 for two semesters until they could replace what I believe was a plotter that the art department used with a newer one that had the same functionality.

That if I don't improve in Math by the end of this month, I won't be recommended for a higher class.

That's better than failing all three trimesters of math like I did. I used to be good at math and now it goes in one ear and out the other.

People on Facebook posting 100 pictures of them staring at a mirror, then comment on the picture saying their ugly. Why put up pictures then? (I'm sure you all know one person who does this)

"omfg worst pic evr lol"

@Snapey: Yeah, that always happens. Or when you tell a girl they look good, and they say 'No I'm ugly'. TAKE THE F:censored:ING COMPLIMENT B:censored:!

Then they go out and say they are "depressed" because no one compliments them. So many do this it makes me wonder. -1 Faith In Humanity

I've finished my Spanish Exam, and obviously I'm quite afraid of what score it'll make. The Oral section of the exam I nailed quite easily, but the multiple-choice one, I'm not too sure. The time my Spanish teacher taught with the class was quite little. So we did spent prior of the Exam writing a Study Guide, to surplus capabilities.

But to me the difficulty was... in between. They were some who were Hispanic, but they were implemented into a dedicated class. While Hispanic students did obtain an advantage, I still had to pour my efforts onto the Exam packet & Scantron. Unluckily, some were quite puzzling to me and I occasionally got lost. But I coped with my test strategies and was able to process through the Grammar section, then the Vocabulary section, then the short passages. The ugliest part of the Exam was the Listening portion. Firstly my teacher didn't really project her voice pretty well, and instead I heard strange gibberish. Sometimes happening on the 1st try, but sometimes happening on the 2nd try. And since the test instructions insist the supervisor to only read the statements twice, I was in a rut. So I pretty much guessed through that section. I also had problems with the Vocabulary & Reading portions even though I said I breezed through those.

Then there was the Algebra Exam. We have 2 days to complete it: Today, and tomorrow. Coincidentally the Exam followed almost exactly like the Semester Review my class received a week ago, so that's a huge benefit.

In addition there is the Science Exam, specifically IPS (Intro. Physical Science). Most of the questions the Exam-makers formulate on Science tests is one of the hardest for me IMO. And also our Science teacher was sick for 2-3 days, and so it didn't helped much to prepare. But we managed in the time with our substitute.

Sorry for the font. I'm testing some things out.

Our scantrons are round circles, A for true, B for false in sections that apply.
Anyway, gear grinder. I have to go to the pocono house Saturday into Sunday, just enough time to keep me from being with my girlfriend or going to Penn Skate. I may be able to go Monday though, as I have off from school, but only if they have a morning session.

i hate scantrons! They're so unnecessarily complicated! Why rectangles?

What's so complicated about rectangles? o.o I don't have a problem with Scantrons. At least the colors they chose to represent them are soft enough.

our spanish final is just a 100 question scantron test.

I find that fascinatingly coincidental, because ours is 100 questions. 25 per portion.

Scantrons? You guys are scared of those? I'd kill for a scantron only test. Kill for one. They are the EASIEST things on earth. Just be patient and double check your answers.

I hate the rectangles and having to hold them sideways. I liked shading in the circles :P

Last year, in this class I had called "Tech Lab", the classroom was filled with shiny new Apple desktops. Problem was, they were also downgraded it to XP. Why? The rest of the computers at the school, minus the ones in engineering, run Apple software, and the same goes for nearly all the schools around here. Why do they have to ruin good stuff like that?

I can only buy the Track Pack. :P

But an awesome one at that... Aventador, V12 Vantage, and Beeeeeetle will have to wait. :P

^ and how the answers you shade in are rectangle-shaped

Tough decision here. Route X has a simply stunning atmosphere, but there's the cars..

And oh. Rectangle-shaped? My version is completely circular.

My stomach hurts

Pepto-Bismol?

No. I tried that on new years when I had a worse situation. It made it worse because I couldn't.......well you know what Pepto does :dopey:

Try drinking some water. I don't know why, but that seems to help whenever I'm not feeling well.
