People who disapprove of music made with real instruments grind my gears. So I have Maiden blasting out of my headphones during tutor, people who listen to Dubstep and other rubbish say "Turn that 🤬 off!". No, try listening to music made with real instruments and something that doesn't sound like someone breaking wind. :grumpy:

Same. Although in this case let's swap Iron Maiden for Pytor Tchaikowsky or Liszt Ferenc.

Not enough of my peers appreciate classical music.
 
My dumb ass brother. I put GT5 on the Bspec to do the seasonal as I went up stairs to make food and what's the dumb ass do? Puts in a game and starts playing. I just didn't do anything because when I got my PS3 I has him 3 strikes. One more and I change my account password and take it off auto sign in, delta his data and make it so you need a password to start a game up. The same idiot who complains when I go to sell my old PS3 as "he'll use it" yet look where it 🤬 is. Still the same spot I put it when I got my new one. Also, it needs a cord that I lost while setting it up so he can't even use it. I wish he'd just 🤬 off and never speak to me again. I think that would make my life way better.

My thoughts exactly, and I got flamed out here one time for saying that.
 
I don't see how you can all call a whole genre rubbish, that grinds my gears. There is more to dubstep than the commercial nonsense that is giving the genre a bad name. Listen to that below, true dubstep from London. I'm yet to hear anything half good dubstep wise that isn't from England to be honest.

Whether it was made with real instruments or not is irrelevant to me, what it sounds like is what's important.

People who listen to music on a bus at full blast. Sometimes their music taste is okay but most of the time it's dubstep/grime or that other type of ear amputating rubbish! The worst part has to be that you can't hear it very well so it's just noise.

Same here, except I had one hard one today, and a hard and easy one yesterday. Oddly, I got a 106 % on the hard one yesterday, because it was curved so heavily. apparently I had the highest grade in the class, even though I guessed for most of the questions :confused:. Anyway, today I had a math final. 35 questions over 90 minutes, and I only just finished. I had to guess on the last question because of time, if that gives you some idea of how hard it was.

What grinds my gears?

Coldest day of the year at -9 C today. It's getting down to -16 C with wind chill too. That's not all that bad but I work outside, I still have 5 hours to go, and I can't feel my toes or my hands any longer.

Some may laugh that this isn't that cold but around Vancouver it rarely gets below freezing all that often so when it gets to -9 C this is bloody cold.

I have more tomorrow. Math :scared: and English. Then a half day. Then a half day Friday to just get introduced to our new classes and Monday off. :)

We didn't learn re last part of the social studies final though. But the other for business tech was 30 questions and a paper to type in word.

Regardless, I wouldn't give it up. The whole principle bothers me. If someone is in that desperate need of help with something, they should just be grateful and take any assistance they can get to move forward. It must not be that bad otherwise.

We have a full day tomorrow, but then get Friday off. It's nice because we won't be doing anything at all tomorrow.
 
My beloved Wrexham, unbelievably brilliant and immaculate Wrexham, lost in the FA Cup against Brighton 5-4 on penalties after bossing most of the game. That grinds my ******* gears.

But I'm taking heart from it; Brighton are 61, yes sixty one, places higher up the league system than us and for a non-league side Wrexham played magnificantly.

I'm feeling ambivolent. Incredibly cross and angry at losing, but delighted we put in a top, top performance against a side much better off than we are.
 
When my brother plays Skyrim almost all day and I cant, he sucks and doesn't deserve to play. I do and I want to play soo bad. Sometimes during the loading screens he takes out his iphone and texts for 30min there on the couch with the DS3 controller on the lap. He does this for 12 hours. Then when he finally turns it off, he changes it to a channel and wants to keep watching (and texting /same time) while I didn't play at all.
 
The idea I have of what everyone thinks of me. It horrifies me. I think everything I do is seen as wrong in someone's eyes. I'm in high school, and I'm sure most people are aware of how, oh what's the word? How clique based this generation is?

I feel like if people at school knew I wrote (typed) everything down that bothers me (basically I keep a journal to help reflect and fix myself), they would laugh. I'm not supposed to have any emotions according to society. Thanks society. I think that you're a b****.

Too many things are grinding my gears at the moment. Yesterday, with Peugeot decided to left Le Mans is very heartbreaking and definitely a gear grinder. This morning, a stupid person came into Nokia Malaysia's FB page and spam about... Something useless and way off topic. Then, people commenting when they have no idea of the real situation especially about the recent Nokia Belle update and Nokia Lumia 900. :mad:

Malaysians are super egoistic. They thought they're the smart, turns out they're way dumber with the recent comments *facepalm.
 
Okay, so I'm playing GT5 with my DFGT. The Spa Time trial seasonal in the wet. I'm having to turn a ridiculous 280 degrees to get into Bus stop, I'm pretty sure in a real race car you wouldn't have to do that. I go and try and find a solution, but there isn't any options for degrees of rotation! Eventually I give up and try with a DS3, still can't do it because I'm not used to the ridiculous hidden driver aids. Not only GT5 is annoying me, my ear has been clogged all day and the other ear is as itchy as an itchy bite after Itchy and Scratchy have itched their fleas into my ear. I'm really hungry but no matter how much I eat I'm still 🤬 starving. It's cold enough to need a jersey (in Summer) I can't shout in anger because then my parents will kick me off the PS3 (they hate games enough in the first place) or they will just yell at me. IT'S SO 🤬 ANNOYING!!!!!!

Just turn up steering sensitivity in the driving options in the pre-race menu (You know the part where you can hit "Start Race" and you see shots of the track in the background) and that should fix your problem. 👍

Oh... I don't have a wheel I have just read somewhere on here that this is the solution. I guess thats wrong then...
 
Today's gear grinder is breaking my Razor....I was in the shower, face all soaped up, about to start shaving and I go and drop it, it hits the tub and breaks not only the razor head but also the mounting brackets :grumpy:

Cue new Razor time, it's just annoying because my cack handedness (even a word?) has cost me like another £12 :grumpy:

Anyway, another gear grinder.

I had to go in to the shops to get some new jeans. I needed shorts mainly. Denim shorts. :sly: But they were all ripped. I was told that it's stylistic. Why would someone think that is style. Looking like you've dragged your pants through a thorn bush isn't very stylish. What next, underwear that has holes for access to the main areas!?

I will go to the local college and do the 3 year Accounting Program. However, people just can't seem to live with that. They say go to university, you need to go to university! NO! You need to shut-up and respect my wishes. My marks aren't good enough for University, its why I take applied/college-prep courses now. Yes, I know I'm not going to be as successful. But I'll be happier. Good bye! -rant over.
 
I'm not sure why someone has to be so rude towards people who doesn't know something/anything. I don't see the reason of foruming if it's going like this. Just a waste of time! :rolleyes:

WHAT!!!!? They have underwear so people can urinate or do #2 without taking their underwear off!? WOW!!!!!

It's good that you take a stand towards what you believe, Alex. 👍 Keep with it, but don't always lean on your own choice. Sometimes another's idea may just make your life a whole lot better. Select your choices wisely.
