I'm too lazy to shutter around in the correct position, meaning I often collide with things.. I got myself stuck in the car for half an hour, then I really forced myself into the door and fell out onto the ground..

I think that Internet relationships are worse, especially when two young people plan on meeting each other in real life later on. I actually know a couple that are younger than I am that plan on doing this. They've even gone as far as trading phone numbers already.

It makes me irritated to see people think this sort of thing will work out.

It's not that they necessarily mean nothing, but as has been said before, when people have no experience of life and love, they're pretty much always doomed to failure. It's kind of cruel in a way, but it's an important experience.

Go to Toronto. Trust me. The most ethnically diverse city in the world. You'll meet a lot of nice people and a few 🤬. Generally, you'll have a good time and meet lots of people. Wish I was back there now.

Toronto rocks.
 
People not taking an interest in history. Neither local, national nor international.

I've spent a good few hours finding old pictures of my poxy little corner of Wales dating from the 1940s onwards, with a few exceptions from as far back as 1890 and the 1910s. I find it really fascinating how much the town has changed, and how little it has changed at the same time. The decline of the industrial sector has had a major effect on my town and I just find it really, really interesting. There are also like for like comparison pictures creatable of say, the high street from the 40s and from today. But I seem to be alone in finding this interesting amongst my peers.

I used to live there. One night, my girlfriend and I got back home to find a skunk resting in the doorway. We had to go to Tim Hortons at 1 am. Came back and it was still there. Went to Alexandra park. Eventually, at 4 am we came back to find it had been scared away by a cat. Put a big plate of milk out for the cat.👍
 
I thought you could just go down a buy a handful of guns from the local shop over there.. Seems I'm wrong.

You're confusing us with the United States. But even there you require a permit in most states.

That grinds my gears, when people confuse the Americans with us Canadians.

I dislike how negligent and stupid people are in that area (both local Chinese and students) just j-walk so openly disregarding any cars coming by and not don't cross a little quicker when a car is coming close.

Think that you're thinking about the US there. Either way, I'm wasn't a citizen, so I couldn't. It was in the middle of the night too. Was thinking about buying some food to try and lure it away though.

Well, I was in the gym after school (yes, really! :lol:) and I was talking with a very close friend and a slightly less closer friend and somehow we got on to talking about muscles. Of course that lead to comparisons which of course led to me being just slightly mocked for having the worst muscles ever. Now I'm fairly happy with how I am, but my two friends were trying to convince me to start working out. I said I didn't really care, and then my close friend said 'you'll get girls.' Now I'm not really bothered about girls at this time, but I asked him if he has ever got a girl, and he said 'yeah, I got 6 when I was in holiday'. Now I'm sorry, but that's probably complete bulls:censored:t, but it still makes me feel pretty down... I'm just so bloomin' nervous, and we're starting to get to the age where people will probably start asking why...:scared:

Ah, so it's like the school's "high-speed" connection, which because of all the filters is slower than NetZero dial-up.

My g/f has just got home and someone has reversed into her car... They stopped in the road in front for no apparent reason and reversed right into her, then tried to blame her for it! Seems they weren't so certain that it was her fault after they saw the RoadHawk on the windscreen. Money well spent!

Still a pain to deal with though.

That was my first thought, but then lying around me to big yourself up would be a bit odd considering I'm not very popular and I don't care about that sort of thing. So lying about that to me would have no benefit...

Maybe. He is decently good looking though. However, I don't know his definition of "got". That could be anything from a kiss on the cheek to more.

Depends. If he went on holiday with his parents, then he got none. If he went on a two week "lad's" holiday, then it is possible depending on the person.

I met a girl on holiday when I was 18. I saw her with a different guy every night.

Always have that problem. I solve it by always listening to music. I get lost in the lyrics and float away.
