Honestly, PD seems to have taken out some features from GT5. There was talk about custom liveries to be in GT5. That could just be one of the examples of what it would have been like...

When I first saw that pic I was excited because I own that same bodystyle mini cooper S. Then I got GT5 and not only were you not able to put those decals on it, but you couldnt put any wing or aero kit either.
