It's cute, and I have no problem with him accelerating like that with kids in the car (heck I've taken my 8 year old out on the race track with me before) as long as he isn't stupid about it but he really shouldn't be using a phone / video camera while driving, especially like that. He would have had to have been focused on what he was filming instead of the road, and at that speed, that could be disastrous...
