'You don't like 'In a Little While?' BLASPHEMY!'

Yes, I remember it well...

Like you, I have learnt that grammar and spelling are vital in life. I have also learned, that GTplanet is more than a world-wide community of Gran Turismo enthusiasts, it is a tightly-knit group of responsible people of all ages. That is what I have learned.

But not me! - Mr.COOLfiat

I learned that "capitol," like capital letters, is actually spelt with an a rather then an o. I never knew this until a week ago. This is what I can think of off the top of my head.

Eight years, six months and four days this thread lay dormant.

Ho. Lee. Cow.

I have learned that all too many of the yoofs these days are completely disrespectful.

I have also learned that I'm getting older and must purchase a house with a front porch worthy of a rocking chair. And a shotgun.

I've learnt, that I should have joined :gtplanet: years ago.

I learned that there is a legit place on the internet, I've gotten better at English, and I don't use Ethernet Explorer anymore.

I have learned more about english, and given that I can read some of the first posts I made on this forum, I can say that's about the most important thing I have learned here.

Also, I have learned that no good comes from fighting the people in charge. I think...

In a way, yes, but unfortunately one doesn't need GTPlanet to learn that. It's not only behind a keyboard that they're disrespectful.

I've learned that it needs at least two people to bump a thread without getting it locked.

1) I learned that you can crash at someone's house before even meeting them in person.

2) In order for #1 to work, you need to like racing and beer.

3) Do not mix the contents of #2

4) There really are guys out there faster than me

5) People need order and rules to have fun

Ive learned that GT + car mags can make people think they know far more about cars than they actually do.
Also learned people will talk about cars as if they could be buyers even though they will never and have never been in the position to buy the car in question.
Last, Ive learned that calling those people out will result in flame wars.

Add to that all the typical internet stuff and there you have it!

I've made sure to not go over 50 posts a day now..

Well that's good. I don't think I've ever had more than 20 posts a day. I don't have that much to talk about.

I've learned that I am really good at killing threads unfortunately. So let it be said, I am done posting in this thread for today.

What I learnt during my time here in GTP is how to type properly with a proper grammar though it is still shallow... I've actually learnt a lot more stuff, but what I just said is the one I remember the most that actually changed the way I post, type and even speak!
