it would be like, if you lived next door to someone and you realy hated them so you set their house on fire, shortly after the fire will move on and set your house on fire

But of course that is not an issue. Tactical nukes (like most have right now) don't have much splash damage, and the area they affect is small enough that it wouldn't matter.

They would not effect neigbours at all...

Number 1: learn physics
Number 2: learn about the long-lasting effects of radioactive fallout...if those 2 countries launched em...we'd all be dead. Why? Because even the radiation from a 25 Megaton "clean" Hydrocarbon bomb would yield enough fallout to wipe a hefty area of the world uninhabitable for 8000 some years...

now mix that with winds and other variables...and BOOM... we're all dead...

People wouldnt. And if they did, we would take care of it, before the nukes could hit. Thats how swift our military could be, and would have to be. As much as I dislike bush, he would trounce the phuckers, without nukes.
