What Is This "Memory Card Trick"?

I keep hearing about this so-called "memory-card trick". Can someone explain it to me?

the trick:

1. save the game before last race (if 10 races, then save after 9th race ) IMPORTANT you MUST be at least 11 points ahead the car on 2nd place.....

2.now win the car you want...(if you dont get it the first time, just exit game and load game on memorycard..you'll get a new chance to win the car you want)

ADVANCED...(require 2 memorycards and a lot of cash $$$)

repeat do the same as in above, but when you have won the car you want, SAVE GAME ON MEMORY CARD 2 !!!!!!

now...if you load memorycard1 again, you will go back to championship, 9th race,...when you again win a car you want..exit game, BUT choose TRADE in the home menu....BUY the car from memory card 2, and now you have both cars...THEN SAVE (again on memorycard2

....load memorycard1 and continue, to you get the cars you want, or untill your money runs out
