First of all, i didnt see a post on this before.

In online gt5 lobbys, there are people who have a green flag.
From what country is this flag or is it some unspecified flag thing?

It could be the (old) Libyan flag "(Great Socialist People's) Libyan Arab Jamahiriya"-flag, but I'm not really 100% sure.

Edit: Or it could be KSA (Saudi-Arabia) as stated below.
