What is your most dreaded course?

Laguna Seca's corkscrew is very annoying. Willow Springs also annoys me with its last extended corner, the corner thins out and tightens up towards the end so you inadvertently speed off the track and understeer.

I dislike Madrid, and SSR5. There's a lack of freedom and it feels as if your wall riding a little with no consequences. Atleast in real life on a street circuit you simply cant touch a barrier or damage your car, in the game your just stuck in that walled in environment with no real consequences if you touch a wall on exit, heck its probably faster to touch a certain wall a little bit on SSR5.

Monaco is by far my most hated track in GT6 and any other game that includes it. Hate the layout, hate racing there, hate hotlapping it. I really dislike Rome too, why we cant have the lovely GT3 version back I'll never know.

Cote'd Azur lol, so many hairpin turns, literally a 25mph turn in there.... Its a racing game, not a stoplight turn simulator lol.

I cant wait till the gps app is released because the route I take to work consist of three hairpins.

Bathurst. A track that's tight and narrow most of the way, making it easy to end up in the wall but hard to pass. Add to that a high speed bend near the end of the course that practically begs the AI to punt you out the way and ruin a good race and it's a recipe for frustration. So of course, career mode forces me to race there so often that it shows as my "favorite course" in my profile. >.<

London. Bathurst and the Nurb' both share the difficulties I have with London - namely, narrow track, one viable line, and plenty of blind corners - but they're both fun. London, not so much.

Nurburgring.

But not the 20 km of asphalt nirvana that's called the Nordschleife, I dread, despise and loathe the hideous track that Hermann Tilke stuck to the Nordschleife. Nurburgring GP in any of it's variations is my most hated track, I just can't take any corner of it without mumbling how much I hate it.

Seriously, I despise everything that Tilke does. I even hate when he breathes.

I would love to drive it in real life. Yes it actually is not expensive to drive on the track, but dont do any damage phwww it can cost a pretty penny. Oh yea I think it would cost a bit to transport my car and myself across the pond.

Two words: "Rental Car" :p

Most of you guys are saying nurb or like cote, willow, Madrid so on goes the list

I do agree willow springs can be a bit annoying for me, but the one I kinda hate the most is Ascari

I'm sure ill get use to it, like I actually did use to hate Madrid, but I got really use to it, got a lot of laps in and kinda became one of my favorites

I think its key that some of us our tracks we hate is the ones we don't run good at or in other words it takes more time than usual to get the hang of the track and know the track better. And basically Ascari and willow springs are the tracks for me that will take more time

And like our favorite tracks we all run good at, but I think for some, they run slowly faster each time compared to the track they hate which would be struggling at first but learning either slowly or quickly depending on how fast you can pick up on the track

Just my general opinion on this. Defintaly will keep an eye on this thread to see others opinions on it as its always good to hear advice on tracks as well!

Thanks everyone and happy holidays

Big Willow is kind of annoying, the braking points are odd.
The only part of that course that really trips me up is the Omega section (turns 3+4). Everything else has a wonderful relaxed flow to it. That, combined with the scenery, makes it one of my favorite tracks to just relax and run a few laps on. Hell, even my 1087hp Viper is relaxing to drive there.

For me, my most dreaded track and, at the same time, one of my favourites, is the Nordschliefe. I love the combination of slow hairpins, long sweeping corners, fast straights and all the bumps etc that unsettle the car. Get it right and it is the most rewarding track in the game.....but, get it wrong and you will throw the controller in frustration, especially if you are leading the race and then mess up the high speed corners at the end and lose......all that work ruined in the space of 5 seconds. The race I am dreading most currently (even more so than doing the Red Bull at Goodwood) is running the Rain Masters race at the Nordschliefe....the satisfaction of completing it will be immense but the fear of getting it wrong and losing because of one mistake is severe....think I may leave it till last!

A mention also goes to Batthurst...it is an enjoyable track with it's narrow width, technical corners and long straights but it is not very forgiving at times....get it wrong and you are punished but get it right and you have a smile on your face.

Those are the only ones I dread, yet I like both of them for the reasons I dread them. The rest of the courses just don't have that same feeling of "Get it right and grin widely....get it wrong and cry about how life is cruel and how you have to buy a new controller". Let's hope for GT7 we get more of these special "Do or Die" tracks and less of the sterile ones that neither thrill nor terrify

I've hated Autumn Ring since it first appeared, and every time a new GT comes out I pray they exclude it, but it doesn't look like that will ever happen.

Thats how Tokyo R246 is for me. I hate that track in every single way, every turn on that track is utter garbage.
