I have to admit, the American races are a bit disappointing, I mean the prize cars are not that good and there is just not enough in it, you know what I mean?

I am a big fan of the European events and of course the Japanese Events.

Hold on I like Skylines and BMW's go figure......

The manufacturer specific races are what piss me off the most, no ford race? no dodge race? no pescarolo race?

no alpine race? oh wait... there is a god damn alpine race , who ever heard of alpine? 👎

i have no problem with alpine, i actually enjoyed that race alot, but cmon you gotta give the people what they want

Hi there everyone,

Well the game has been out for a while and everyone has a chance to find their 'signature' car.

It doesn't have to be the fastest or best car in the game (then again it might be!) but it's the ride that shows who you are the best.

I'll kick it off, This car really is what I like about this game. I LOVE skylines and to get a car that is special like this is a kick.



There is only one rule in this thread, you have to have your car in your garage. No taking pics from the Internet and calling it your own,(you never know the owner of the pic might see it and flame your a$$) you have to win it or buy it.

So what is your 'signature' car?

Where do i get that car? i neeeeeeeeeeed it!! or can anyone divert me to a thread that does tell me?

I recently bought the Spoon S2000 and fell in love with it, after a few hours of setting up grip and drift settings, I fell head over heels. Everything about it is grouse, great delivery, sounds and looks cool, crazy redline... I just love it.


This would be my Sileighty. I never liked the S13, or the 180SX (Whatever you want to call it), but the Sileighty combines what I do like about the two into something I can live with. Certianly not my signiture car, but I thought it drifted nicely and looks kind of cool. Very sedate compared to the S-S2000, just wanted to add this pic because I thought it was nifty.

i feel the same way about my Skyline, did the japanese pro gt or whatever, and nearly all of pro league with it (for the races i could enter) plus its such a beast!!!

Well here's the formula Smoke = (Speed x Lateral Force) / Number Of Wheels Actually On The Pavement. LOL

My signature car is the Skyline GTR. See? It's in my sig! Lol. That was bad . But, still, the GTR is my signature car. At least until I get the F1 car.

Riplox thanks for your magical formula but what I meant was that for GT4 that is a ridiculous amount of smoke. The most I can create (even with a super/rally/skyline/whatever car in 'drift settings') is a small trail, and more importantly if on that occasion I get some smoke then its very transluecent (sp?) light stuff

Although before this game I would never have expected it, my sig car has become the Dodge Viper SRT-10. If set up well and give good tires it drive like a dream. And of course it looks like a brute (IMO) which is great!

Actually, It could very well be the device your using the transfer them. Ive seen cases like this before and it ended up being the disk drive they were using.. anwyays, cool pics

And about that smoke photo, he used photoshop to bring out the levels in it. Did the same here with one of mine:
(going to find, on other pc)
Really all cars show a lot of smoke but its mostly translucent, but but modifying the levels in the image you can bring all of it out more.
