what gear do you launch off in it? im running with transmission top in corner of about 191mph and startin in 3 and i dont know how to make it any faster. it is definitely one of the harder cars to tune..

oh okay, it drives like its on comfort tyres so maybe i could start with 2 then early shift 3 then 4 and let revs drop, then run it out.

Only thing I know about the Speed 12 is that SRF should turn it into a bloody monster.

Well that and a good 1/4 tune will probably have long enough gears to be a good mile tune.

When I tried my Speed12, I was in the 9.36xs launching in 1st, trapping in 3rd, with the suspension setup I posted up above.

slump hasn't given very much advice here, and apparently my advice works better than whatever you're doing... So what's your point?

I told him that he should buy a wing, which is absolutely correct.

I think he's just disappointed that I didn't give him a whole top tune.

Or 2nd if I launch in it.

Then again, it only uses 1st through 3rd on the 1/4.

The Speed 12 was the first car I took out for speed test/s after buying the DLC.
My fastest 1/4 mile pass so far is 9.303.

Tune (search for the best) downforce and suspension settings first by using AT transmission.
Best way to see what works and what doesn't.

Then , once the suspension is done switch to manual and work with the ballast and gears.

i had decent suspension and gears. but i never used any ballast.

I just put some on and got a 9.346 👍 cheers MadMax
