Same as PSN but I dont use it.
I like to listen to some 80's when I'driving my 1986 RX7:sly:.Because, It fits great with the car's age.👍

What about you?

I had an 80's car too, but I didn't listen much of that innit..
Mostly something crazy, I was bored seeing all the people in their rides with their techno music.
It was fun seeing an old Corolla going in front of me on the highway, slowing down with the guys looking from the rear window of the car looking like WTF? :D
(the song I was playing was probbly H-Blocx remix of the old song I've Got The Power. I know it's a rip-off, I just liked how it sounded like through a subwoofer ;) )

Once I was coming back from work, playing Slipknot remix of Marilyn Manson's Fight Song, sounds pretty insane with good stereos too.
Some lady was going to cross the street and I slowed down and stopped before the zebra crossing.
She refused to cross the street... what, I'm a nice driver, go on dammit. :)

Skunk Anansie - Twisted (Everyday Hurts) was one of my favourites, I just love those bass tunes. :)

My radio (or more specifically, my mom's/dad's radio) is on the local 60's/70's stations.

From,
Chris.

I only listen to electronica in my car, actually I pretty much only listen to it whenever. I have about a 100 CD's and about 20GB of it on my Zune that I can plug in, not to mention the 50 or so Tiesto Club Life podcasts.

Its usually indie rock for me, most-often (as of late) its been Panic! At the Disco and Vampire Weekend, although most-certainly, they're offset by Paramore and The Killers. Not having the Jetta anymore, I can't use my iPod hookup. So I'm pretty much limited to CDs that I or my brother have.

Although I do listen to NPR a lot. Probably too much. I'd say its nearly a 50/50 split during the week, of course, depending on if other people are in the car with me.

When I'm "driving" I have my windows down and my music off so I can hear everything my car is doing. Driving around normally, (normal for me is attentive and alert) I usually have some form of electronic music. When taking a trip, or just going home after a long day somewhere, usually Chillout, lounge, or smooth jazz. It's so difficult to find good songs in these categories though.

Gangsta Rap, and rock.

West coast rap helps me slow down and cruise, avoiding tickets. Oh wait, I don't have a car yet. But, um, this is what I would listen to.

Basically, KPWR, KDAY, KROQ, Indie 103 (CHYEAAAH REGGAE!!!) and KIIS if there's nothing better.

Z100, Hot 97, & Power 105.1 when I'm in NYC.

Depends where I'm going and who I'm with.

If it's simply going into town, it's usually something like the Chili Peppers, Carlos Santana, Foo Fighters or even UNKLE.

If I'm with friends, it usually winds up being something they want to listen to; music is a big part of all our lives and I'm really eclectic so we get everything from U2 and Powderfinger through to Led Zeppelin and Queens of the Stone Age.

If I'm on my own and doing the drive from home to uni (or vice versa), then out comes the Metallica, Velvet Revolver and Audioslave.

I use music to set the mood I have when I'm driving. Mornings and afternoons tend to be rock and metal when I'm driving to/from work. On rainy days, I bring out the chillout and trip-hop tracks. Trip-hop with a heavy beat works splendidly when cruising around downtown with friends with the windows and sunroof down. Put a lady in my car and I'll probably be listening to acoustic rock with a bit of a surfer-hippie influence. Alternatively, it would be something like The Beatles or The Stones.

As I said... it depends.

Whenever I'm with my dad I always listen to the classic rock station. Also depending on what vehicle were in I'll bring my ipod and usually play some Zeppelin, Hendrix, Doors, Jethro tull, etc..

Mostly hip hop and rap. I also listen to garage, bassline, funky house and some jungle music when im on my own or with a few friends who also like that stuff.
Been listening to A LOT of Lil Wayne recently, it seems thats all my friends want to hear...

Everything. In my new Suzuki, I don't have the damn ipod hookup, so I can't get too much of a variety, but I make some pretty rad mix cds. They can include anything from Scar Symmetry to NOFX to even David Allan Coe or Public Enemy. I like variety man.

I hear mostly Rock music in the car. I prefer bands like Disturbed, Metallica, and Linkin Park for the more recent bands. The older stuff I like is Rush, Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, Aerosmith, stuff like that.

I rarely hear rap for 2 reasons: 1.) I hate rap 2.) so do most of my friends and family.

A little bit of everything (except rap, which doesn't count as music anyway so I didn't need to say that). Right now the car has the following music styles in the disc changer:

- Disco
- Reggae
- Punk
- Ska
- Electronica
- New Age
- Bagpipes
- Techno
- Hard Rock
- Classic Rock
- Alternative
- Classical
- Grunge
- Choral

There's also probably some Jazz in there, but I can't think of a song that qualifies right now.

I listen to Linkin Park too, (sometimes), :)

Whatever's on my set XM channels, which will either be mainly one of 3 rock stations, 1 R&B, 1 Electronic, Opie & Anthony, or a comedy station.

Mostly electro stuff, some drum n bass and some trance mixed with a few hip hop tracks to give the sub a good workout. :)

Luckily my head unit has SD card, USB, MP3 CD and iPod compatability so I'm covered for all areas. 👍

subs are very recommended :D imo most standard speakers handle sound fine so i dont bother changing, but a boot full of bass sorts out the low stuff and balances with the trebly little'uns :D
mostly funky stuff, or rock lol what i listen to depends on mood, sometimes fast sometimes slow, though i do avoid songs with pauses lol

It really comes down to what I am in the mood for. It could be something like Oasis or The Beatles or I could be in the mood for some hip/hop or rap, in which case I would listen to some Dizzee Rascal or Jay-Z. Lately, I have been trying to listen to albums that I do not listen to as often as my more favorite ones.

Today, on the way to work and at lunch, I listened to The Libertines' Up the Bracket and then on the way home, I listed to The Clash's London Calling.
