I have heard the term, or seen it, several times in political chat rooms. Maybe there's an argument to be made to support it, but it looks pretty damn close to an oxymoron to me.

Was someone's username? Maybe somebody was just using it as a non-sequitur. I mean the two terms are literally opposite ideologies, right?

One could argue that Hitler himself was a Zionost Nazi, so maybe calling someone that is the clever equivalent of calling someone Hitler.

A zionist Nazi is not a contradiction. It means a national socialist that is a jew. The german nazis used the jews as a scapegoat only so they could gain popularity. Hitler and his squad persecuted jews, giving an especially bad name to Nazis. It's like democratic communism. Perfectly possible, just Stalin makes us think communism means a dictatorship.

There are nazis running around in North Idaho (or did they move the Utah?). I'm thinking they do not have a strong anti jew policy.

Technically by minimal definition, but I'm not sure if it's appropriate to separate the strong historical association of bigotry against Jews, et al, and the desire to get rid of them, thus proven by the holocaust, from the Nazi party which tried to inact such tragedies. It's more reasonable to assume an anti Jewish agenda than an indifference toward them from Nazis, isn't it? The platform may not have originally been about extermination, but it's certainly the most prevalent behavior. Unless it's being contended that Nazis were Zionists to rid Europe of Jews by relocation instead of death, it remains a peculiar label to me.
