What region of car do you lean toward?

Rather than "region" ,you may want to say "Contintent" or something of the like. It seems to make more sense than "region".

Anywho, I very much Do not like any american cars, for they all have Quite the understeer. Like the majority of others, I also prefer Japanese, German and some British.

I love cars from every region.. can't really say that i like one most.

Mostly Japanese cars because there cheap, fast and very tunable.
German for there awesomeness and great racing ability.
And American just for muscle.

I will use vehicles from the USA whenever possible. Maybe I'm a bit biased, but they got some of the coolest cars. :dopey: However, there are some nice vehicles from all over the world.

I like the cars that are from 60's, 70's and 80's ,back then most of them were light and had Right Wheel Drive. :sly:

I'm a bit of an eclectic. I like a wide variety of cars. My favourite type of car is the lightweight, AWD, turbocharged rally-bred brigade. Think 22B, Evo IX, Audi S3/S4, Lancia Delta. I'd make space there for the Tommy Kiara ZZII while I'm at it.

However, I'd be equally happy in other types of cars. I am quite taken with the styling and performance of the Aston Martins, and TVR as well. Pagani gets me a little excited, too.

From a technical point of view, I very much like rotary engines (and hence anything powered by them). That also includes the 787B... lovely, lovely 787B. I don't know what it is about that car - whether it's the look of it, the banshee 9,000rpm rotary redline, ball-tearing acceleration or 'on a pin-head' handling - but I love it. There are faster cars out there, but I'd still stick with it.

So my bias is mainly Japanese and European.

I thought you were going to say something about how great skylines were.

The majority of my favorite cars European, especially the exotics such as Lotus, Pagani, RUF etc. I also like the classic European vehicles a lot, like the old Merc. Gullwing, Jag. e-type, Alpine 1600s, etc. In general I find the European vehicles handle well but are also full of eccentric little quirks that make them a blast to drive.

The American cars mostly drive too much like our cars really drive. Fine in a straight line. Often they have lots of power, but not exactly stellar in the handling department, with only a couple exceptions (such as the newer Corvettes, which handle beautifully). Kind of fun on occasion, but that's about it for me. (Most Americans, BTW, consider a sports car to be a car that goes fast in a straight line. This is really a muscle car, but the vast majority of my fellow americans I talk to just don't see the distinction between a true sports car and "a box with a big engine".)

My least favorite by far are the Japanese cars. Note that I currently own 2 Toyotas (2 models of the Prius), so I'm perfectly happy with them in Real Life, but find that the Japanese cars in GT4 seem to lack character. Also, I get the strangest idea driving them that they really are all just a little bit "too good". They seem to suffer from less tire-spin on acceleration, have pretty universally excellent brakes, wear their tires less rapidly (the Tommy is especially offensive in this regard, making R3s last as long R1s on many of my cars from other origins with similar power), and in general lack the handling "quirks" which might make them more fun to drive. For example I love just about all the MR cars in the game, but find the NSX and MRII to be an absolute bore to drive. Also, way too many of them are "ugly boxes" and boy to I hate ugly boxes! I can drive ugly boxes in real life whenever I want, but buddy, give me a Lotus any day if I don't have to pay real money for it! :-)))

(The Germans also make way too many ugly boxes!)

Italy,Britain,and Japan.Oh and Germany.

I dig the US for the Ford GT,the Callaway C12,and the Cien.
So that's basically everywhere?

I love a huge variaty of cars and regions etc. American, Japanese, and German cars though for the most part. I do feel that I would lean more towards Japanese cars simply because the car in my avatare the holy  Mazda 787B, and Mazda RX7's I just love the best engine in the world the Rotary engine hence my Sig qoute thing:)
