what software can i use to burn a VCD?

i want to burn the AVI,MPEG, and the WMA formats videos to a VCD~~~~~any software can do that ?

If you can find it, VCDEasy. It has got to be the best program setup ever for VCD's. I have tried a bunch, but this one is just awesome. I got my version from www.download.com. I wish the best of luck to you though, I downloaded it a long time ago.

Nero can't burn some format i just tried..

PSXCOPY can burn pretty much anything to my experience (wouldn't know where to tell you to get it though)
Hell, most any program can burn videos, I never thought some are better than others.
