What tickets can still be traded?

Can 1000, lvl 21, and lvl 24 tickets still be traded? I have heard that they have no value, but some could contain a car worth more than 1 mil. I searched for the answer ,but couldn't find it.

I belive that all tickets can still be traded...

I traded away a historic rally car ticket... And lots of cars you can get from that ticket are worth alot more than 1 mill...

Specific car tickets for cars worth more than 1 million cr. CANNOT be traded away.

For Example: I cannot send a friend a ticket for a Ford GT40 1969 won from the Indy 500 B-Spec race. However, I can send him a level 17 ticket, which can contain said car.

Sweet. Thanks for the quick reply. Did polyphony mean to have car tickets up for trade after the update? It just seems weird that they would leave the high level tickets as tradeable. I guess im gonna dupe some 21, 24, and 1000s.
