Chevy SSR at 2420kg (that's full stock weight plus another 182kg in the bed:D) Just barely made the gold with a 3:02.2xx time. I'm sure a better driver using my tune would be much faster.:gtpflag::cheers:

I've tuned and detuned camaro ss 10 and a shelby supercharged for the last 3 hours and the best I can get is silver. Anyone have a tune to share for either car?

I found that if I built the Shelby pretty much to the max and then tuned it back down to 500 it was a capable of sub 3:00 laps...

That Shelby is one smooth ride....👍

I've tried that. I must be struggling because im on a controller. I've tried turning off and on the assists too and it doesnt help. The tires suck pretty bad.

I tried saving the ghost replay from the top guy and changing the transmission never gives me the acceleration that he has. I have no clue whats going on.

Weight reduction and LSD. And throttle control. Voila

Anyone else try the Solstice Concept car for the 500 PP ?

I have used the following cars to run under the gold numbers.

Camaro SS
Ford RS200 AWD
Ford GT no stripe
Shelby Supercharged

I have only been playing a few months and have been able place in the 3000 range so far on most TT's ...

For the 500PP I used a Camaro SS '10, only modification was a fixed sport suspension and a wing to keep the front end from doing a nose dive at the jump and invalidating the lap when the front bumper comes into contact with the pavement.

For the 600 I used the NSX LM Road Car.

Gold on both on the first try. Well.... gold with the Camaro on the first try after solving the "nose dive into the pavement and invalidate lap" problem.

The GT Citroen road car...heavy beast but fast enough for gold on the 600 pp...available in new car dealer..used it two tt's in a row so it pays back itself

series 1 supercharged:
the spring rates that come on the fully cust. suspension are good. Dampers 5, 4, front and rear, anti-roll 3 front and rear. Lose a third of the rear toe, add the same (+.6 or so) front toe.lsd pretty well open- 7, 30, 5 I have.
I've used this setup to do a 2'54.4".

i used motor city hemi's beginer FR tune on the Camaro, with all the areo kits. take the rear down force to 5 or 10, ballist of 5kg at +10. and acc setting on the lsd at 16. Adjust power limiter to 500pp. Ran a 2:59.5xx lap time in no time. It's still understeers a bit on some of the tighter radius conors but It feels pritty good.

I used a bone stock (straight from dealer to the track) Camaro SS '10 for the 500pp event, all I did was set ABS to level 3 and all other assists off (due to my style of driving), it is a bit tricky at the start, but cracked gold in 5 laps, with 3'01"304

I ran a DLC Impreza TC for Suzuka, settings as above plus reducing the rear diff sensitivity (acceleration sensitivity 40 -> 20), cracked gold again in 3 laps (first two invalidated after I went off the chicane after R130 in lap 1), best time of 2'16"xxx

use Camaro SS '10 and leave it stock (if youre good).
Actually the Suzuka is so easy, you could manage it with the Nissan GT-R '07 which has 532pp after oil change. For cornering help, you can visit my YT channel (youtube.com/GTRufus1) The video right on the channel page. :)
