Political/philosophical, news and documentary programs.

That's mostly it.

Sports, sports, sports, comedy. And I try to catch the news a few times a week.

ESPN, Comedy Central, and Non-Fiction (DIS, HIST, TLC, ect...)

The only shows I watch religiously are:
"Around the Horn" - ESPN @ 5pm
"PTI - Pardon the Interuption" - ESPN @ 5:30pm
"The Daily Show with Jon Stewert" - CC @ 11pm

I watch the O'reilly Factor, Hannity and Colmes, Law and Oder, Law and Order Criminal Intent. Dragnet, which I improving, though I would prefer they not always be in "Robbery/Homicide Division," I'm going to check out Married by America so I can see the future husband of that bartender, or whatever (the one who keeps saying we better 'hooker her up') hang himself. She's attractive but very annoying. I would watch Inside Europe, but CNN shows outside of the US are usually aired weekends on CNNFN, and they stopped airing Inside Europe. Same for Inside Asia. They show Inside Africa, but I'm not as interested in that. I also watch Diplomatic License. International Correspondents. I loved the line the hostess on the last episode gave to preview the story for after the commercial break, "Are the Left no longer right?" I'm not going to go into a tangent against CNN, which is perceived differently in Europe than it is in the US, by some in both continents, but that woman's question was very arrogant.

Mostly sports, some comedy and the news 2 or 3 times a week.

I like to read some international newspapers on the net for my daily newsinjection.

Whatever catches my interest as I flip. I never know before hand.

But isn't Survivor a real piece of crap this time?

Sport ( any motorsport), cricket, soccer, some comedy, Charmed (for 6 reasons ;) :p ) the news
not much else really

reallity and soaps suck IMO

Usually non-fiction; news, documentaries, biographical stuff. Sports and racing, if it's on and I have the time.

About the only scripted stuff I enjoy is Law & Order.

Sci-Fi mainly, Farscape, Dark Angel, Andromeda, etc but not big on Star Trek other than the latest series but also very in to the History channel (especially 1900 to present day), discovery etc. Oh and i love cartoons like Simpsons.....

More a films sort of person.....
