What would you consider as your ULTIMATE vehicle?

Here's mine:
  • A VR38DETT-powered R32 Skyline GT-R with the most modern version of the ATTESA ET-S system, with the weight reduced to around 1,350-1,400kg.
  • A 13B-powered MX5.
  • A F20C-powered DC5 Integra converted to rear-wheel drive.
  • A Stagea-Skyline crossbreed.

Well, the perfect vehicle... Let's see...

Yep, StarCraft II's Viking :D

More realistically, though, either of these:

I'd rather have it on a set of bronze TE37V, though.
Preferably with an overhauled suspension, transmission and a naturally aspirated RB25DE, tuned to roughly 250HP.

nice have you saw the fatlace hakosuka? its friggin sweeeeeet! but perosnally id have it rolling on sone wanntanbes!

Either one. I was talking more about transplanting a modern 427 small block but the older 427 big block would also suffice. Depends what you're into :).

The AMC 401 would be cool choice if you were after something a little different than most other people...

I sure did, and I liked them a lot :D
Both the Hakosuka and the Kenmeri they did were pretty darn good, even though I wouldn't want to keep the engine, suspension and drivetrain stock, unless it's a real GTR, of course ;)

i would agree with ya on that one! drop a rb26 into it :o!

A black Mercedes SLR McLaren Roadster. There is one on eBay right now for around $330,300. If only I had $330,300 lying around. Maybe someone around here could give me a donation or two

Well, there are what - 180,000 people who are part of this forum, I think I read. So if we all give you 2 or 3 bucks you can buy one and donate it to GTPlanet!:sly:

Sounds good!!!

Updated design for mine, still has a twin-turbo V12 :sly:

As far as something practical is concerned, I am seriously considering to build one of these:

The Honda CBX 1000 straight-6 sounds absolutely amazing with new exhausts:

Building a custom bike with that engine is my lifetime goal

As an unrealistic do it all vehicle, I would have a truck with the engine of a Dodge, tranny from a Chevy, and a body from a Ford. But it would be all carbon fibre and I could lower it for better handling.
Realistically a mid 90s Subaru WRX Wagon would be nice.

Bugatti Veyron Supersport Convertible Estate. But with an extra 300 BHP, to accomodate the extra weight.

Didn't find any thread on this...

For me it would have:

- A 1500+hp V12 engine:D
- A six-speed transmission, either fully manual or a manumatic
- A similar amount of exhaust sound tuning as an LFA
- The same amount of engineering which makes the GT-R so unbelievably quick for its specifications
- A weight of 1100kg or less
- To be practical for everyday usage
- Generate as much downforce as possible with active aero drag reduction for top-end speed.
- Come with highly advanced driving aids, but either as an option, or standard with the ability to turn them off as the driver prefers.
- Would have to be a pure eyegasm, eargasm and drivegasm:sly:

But most importantly

Allowed to be painted Chameleon Orange:lol:

EDIT: Something I drew up in paint, which fits almost every description of mine, though the aero needs a LOT of work. And the styling may be a bit off:guilty:

You did that in paint? That's some good stuff 👍 nice work!!

Suddenly, I want a Caterham Se7en with that motor....!!!

1969 Chevrolet Nova. Matte black with light gray hood/side stripes and a white vinyl roof (maybe). Hilborn stack MFI (impractical but undeniably very cool). It would be loud, obnoxious, politically incorrect... and, as a result, completely epic.

I don't really have expensive tastes, but I'll make an exception for this, as I drove it on Friday:

For the uninitiated, it's a Jaguar XJ Supersport. 5.0 V8, supercharged, just over 500bhp, and the best interior you'll ever sit in. Weighs just under two tonnes (would be more, but the whole thing is made of aluminium) but drives like a car that weighs half a tonne less. Sounds great when you're going for it, and virtually silent when you're cruising.

Was lucky enough to compare it to the XFR and XKR-S on the same day, but it's the one I'd have.
