First thing I would make sure is to know all the languages in the world :D

If I lived forever, or if I were immortal? Clarification is needed here because this is serious business.

Find a way to end it if I possibly could, I suspect after a few thousand years, you would eventually get tired with life. It's hard to say though.

Become an aerospace engineer, basically exactly the same as I'm doing now.

Well, if I could simply be eternal, as in I have no lifespan, but I can still die, I'd do what I'm doing right now, become an automotive engineer, and pave the path for the world, then maybe do some other things until I get hit by a bus or a space bus.

If I were immortal, I'd simply become the ruler of the world, either by politics or war, make humanity strive for technological, artistic, and philosophical excellence, then have humanity become a space-faring species, then become god-emperor of the universe.

Humble thoughts, really.

Insult every person in the universe in alphabetical order.

Things I would do:

-Overtake the Pagani HQ and lead the way for there future cars...

-Destroy the Aryan Republican Army

-Contract Kazunori Yamauchi to build me a complete home replica of what the Polyphony Digital offices looks like

-Steal a credit card and get GT Premium for life (my life is forever, get it?)

-Build my own automobile, named from my tuner company HRST, and built to tune cars from the 2009-2013 era, including some of my own special models.

-Ruin the 2024 24 Heures du Mans with a jet plane, destroying all cars on impact

-Hijack a space shuttle and crash into New York City, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Dallas, London, Lisbon, Monaco, Paris, Berlin, Nurburg, Rome, Vatican City, Dakar, Cairo, Zimbabwe, Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo, and San Francisico

-Rebuild the world in my vision

Are you planning on evacuating these cities or are you gunning to be a mass murderer?

And that is one hell of a resilient shuttle.

If I lived forever I'd finally get the garage cleaned out. Or maybe, like now, I'd keep blowing it off until tomorrow.

Illegal activities, eh?

I think you should go get yourself checked out, because wanting to ruin Le Mans with a jet and crash a space shuttle into a ton of cities isn't normal...

If I could live forever I'd spend my time trying to work out how to kill myself, because I simply wouldn't want to have eternal life. Am I alone in thinking this?

Nope. It would be quite sad to outlive your children and grand-children. And watch all your friends die out. And you would have to set out your life for ages.
If I was eternal, besides planning my death to be 2 to 4 generations away, I'd want to live my life normally. Then retire and get a loooooong pension :D

Be an F1 driver forever.

OMG Rubens Barrichello is on GTplanet!!! :D

I'd probably change my name to Ramirez, learn some swordplay, learn a decent scottish accent and move to the highlands of Scotland.

I think if you lived forever, then emotions that we mortals feel powerfully would fade into insignificance. Immortality would make the whole concept of time irrelevant and therefore anything that happens in the space of time would also be irrelevant.

Likewise you wouldn't have to plan anything because you have forever to rectify your mistakes.

The Jehovas Witness people believe in an eternal life 'as a person' (in contrast to 'as a spirit'). Seemed like a crazy thing to want when I heard them explain it then, and it still seems crazy now. But I'm in the Jehovas Witness Protection Program, so mum's the word.

Before that, from Life, the Universe and Everything.

Ah yes, Wowbagger the Infinitely Prolongued! 👍
Although he did meet his end in the last episode of the quintessential phase of the radio series when The Great Prophet Zarquon rescinded his immortality!

I also don't see why some people assume immortality would turn you into a world leader, people wouldn't have to kill you to get rid of you, just concrete you in a hole a long way under ground, that should keep you out the way for a few millennia.
