whats better, adobe photoshop or jasc paintshop pro? say why you think one is better

I have both and I can safely say that Photoshop is better than Paint Shop Pro.

Photoshop is a beast at first (very confusing) but once you work it out you'll find it is one of the best programs on your computer. If you can't afford Photoshop, definately go for Paint Shop Pro as it is way cheaper, easier to navigate and more user friendly.

By saying that, I wouldn't rush out and spend your hard earned money. Find a trial version and use it, then if you don't like it (too confusing or something like that) try out PSP7.
