Hey everyone! I haven't been active here much lately but I do drop in sometimes. There is so much to catch up on it's overwhelming. I thought I'd make this thread and see what's up with everyone. So, how's everyone doing?

I'm doing quite great. Just chilling. Watching whats happening here on GTP, And then we got this hurricane Frances which is making it feel really good outside.

But yeah. My life sucks..

BTW concept, are you getting come of the effect of Frances too?

Nope, no effects up here as far as I can tell. The news has said that we might feel some out of the ordinary wind, that's all. Nothing big and no power outages here, yay!

Studying, this term I will initiate a contact with a secondary school student, a "support conversation meeting", we'll meet 10 times as a support for him/her, Sortof a warmup for more serious client work in terms to come.

Otherwise life is great except I'm still single.

School started, which sucks, and I'm playing a lot of football for school. Not much time for GT3 or GTP now, with all this stuff goin on.

Hey Concept.

Not much is happening over here. School and work pretty much consumes my life. I'm a little disgruntled about school right now. I had to pay $300 for books this seamster because the school ran out of financial aid money (blame Gray Davis). My friends seem to be even more worried, wishing that we were all back in our high school English class.

I'm still on my quest for a VR-4. There are several for sale, but the prices are a little bloated. My friend said he knows a guy at school who just bought one. I saw it coming home from school, it was a red one. *bling*

But a 3000GT would be a good choice, they arn't very common here, but since you're on the west coast you should have more luck than anything.

I got my second last block of exams ever in my school life and im studying big time. i got 4 exams and 2 assignments, all due within the space of a week. its tough. my only high point was going out to the local pub "the colmslie" on friday and Basketball on saturday.

The VR-4 Galant is much cooler than the 3000GT VR-4 will ever be. Most Mitsubishi fans don't even know what a VR-4 Galant is, or when it was sold here, or why it's anything special (and it's more than "because it had AWD").

As some of you might now, I got a '98 Ford Explorer back in March. (I think it was March anyway.) This past Thursday on my way to school I got in a wreck. I was passing right in front of the school and a car decides to not look at where it's pulling out and she just t-boned the hell out of me. My car went off into the next lane and my girlfriend who was sitting in the passenger seat almost got hurt. The other car hit the back passenger door. Luckily I have full coverage and the lady was insured so I should be getting my car fixed soon. The wreck itself didn't really piss me off to bad, just the fact that I had bought 4 new tires the day previous chapped my ass. SHe blew the back right tire when she hit me. Her car only had a scracthed grill and cracked headlight. IT was an '02 Explorer that hit me too.

Last night was an interesting night. MY emotions are mixed about it though. I was at a party last night having fun and drinking. A girl who I've had a crush on for some time just told me that she has liked me for some time as well. I was pleasntly suprised. The only bad thing about it is that she's the best friend of a girl I'm kind of seeing. I only call it kind of/ because we don't actually "go out." We just hang out all the time and screw. Anyway, I only ended up making out and touching this girl last night. I don't know what to do really. I know the girl I'm "seeing" would be crushed if I just turned around and dated her best friend. Heh.

I think this thread is going to turn into my own personal journal. I can see it already.

WEll all I can say Concept is to be honest with her, as I've found out. The more you leave it, the more hurt the other girl you're "playing" around with will be. Unless you just call it a day with the girl you have a crush on. It's a hard call, don't take my advice too well, as I'm rediculously tired.

Well, life was good, but turned crap recently. I haven't been on GTP for ages as the arrival of a new girlfriend entered my life, and I've had very little personal time. Been 5 months now, and shes already starting to talk about marriage, which set me back a bit. Stupid thing is I said it was a possibilty, and now thinking about it, I don't really want to get married. I'm too young!! I love her to bits, but I've lost a lot of my freinds over it, and its starting to affect my family life and colledge and work. So I feel really bad, because she now thinks I'm the one, but I don't think we shouldn, and if anything should just cool it off for a bit. I don't want to as I'd absolutly destroy her! Plus I had in mind going to university and sutdying Motorsport Engineering, which was looking at a real possibility, but she's jeperdising my chances.
Anywayz enough off my rambling. Hence why I haven't been on GTP in ages ^.

BTW Viper Zero I think if you get a 3000GT, that'd just seem poncious, but a VR4 Galant, done up so it's a sleeper, I think would kick ultimate booty. Well I'd go for the Galant.

Well things are starting to improve in my life. The depression is slowly going away. I did my first (second really) job the other day (stocktaking at a supermarket for a day). I filled in an application form for a job on Friday and it involves making (metal) baskets for Fisher & Paykel (not working at F&P though) or something. Interviews are this week.

I have $1,900 left to go on the Skyline. Drove it quite a bit yesterday and i miss it already (especially the exhaust note and the 'squash-you-back-in-the-seat' power).

Hopefully i get the job (or even the interview) as it pays $10 an hour (about $400 a week).

Not having any luck finding someone who can install 15 modifications on my phpBB forum at The Spot though. I'm just about to give up.

I don't want a Galant, never did, never will. The 3000GT is sleeper enough for me.

It was all rainy, and I was going out to see the ricers one night in my BMW. I think it was mid-June. Anyway, about 9:50pm, I went around this curve between a golf course and a tennis court, shot the rear end out, and enjoyed my first unintentional tailspin. Oversteered to the left, facing the golf course, didn't want to hit it, so I - oversteered to the right, 'Oh, crap. That's a tree,' really didn't want to hit that, and so I - returned to the left, and drove over the concrete lip and into the grass. My front air dam had some scratches and a small crack, all of which are now fiberglassed back to showroom shape and have been sitting at the painter's for a month now.

Getting the whole thing repainted, and the aluminum trim blacked out.
Since then I've been sitting around waiting for my car to get painted.
And foruming.

Last night was my high school's homecoming game. We beat the crap out of the other team 42-0. Our reord has improved to 5-0. Undefeated so far, yay! ON the next game I have a $50 bet on it, I can only hope the streak of wins continues.

Now, back to the girl situation.

I told Alishia, the girl I was messing around with that I didn't want to date her and stuff. Well, she's all upset now because she feels all I did is use her for sex. Oh well, I tried explaining it to her that it wasnt about just that but she's still upset. Woo.

At the game last night, I sat with Amy. If you don't know who Amy is, refer back to my first post in the thread. ALright, well, she told me she liked me and blah blah. Well, her friend Hali likes me too. Bad thing is, I like both of these girls. Both are gorgeous and both are totally crazy about me and...I can't choose. What's a good way to decide which girl to date without making one hurt and mad at the other?

As for me, I started my first year of college a few weeks ago. I'm majoring in undecided engineering at the University of Dayton. I love it here and I have absolutely no desire to go home. The parties are wild, the girls are hot, and my grades are good...so everything's fine with me.

Sounds like you're haivng a great time in college. I'm really excited about college next year. I've already had a small college party experiance. It was pretty wild. I'm suprised the drom security let me past the entrance. I don't look anything like the other people I was with, heh.
