What's so "good" about it.

Ever wondered why they call Good Friday "good" when it's the day Jesus was executed? You'd think they'd rather call Easter "Good" Sunday and call today "Black" Friday or something.

Because all sins were forgiven when he died.

Although i'm sure he didn't love it.

Exactly what GC said. Good Friday was the day Jesus died to take our sins from us so we could get back to God. Without His death, No-one could get to heaven at all. But what's better, is that in three days, He came back to finish what He started...

Bah. You're only saying that 'cos He holds the keys to Death and Hell.

That, and the hole in the center of a soda pull-tab is for inserting a straw perfectly.

Golly, I am enlightened today!

Or could it mean good because you get the day off school or paid overtime at work? lol. To be honest, I never really thought of it until now.
