The Xsara can be bought and has the highest starting HP at 286 HP (Upgradable to 346 HP). But the Honda Integra Type-R has the highest upgraded HP at 454HP. Funny no one even mentioned the 3.2 CL Type S. If you're talking about a fully upgraded FF, I think the Japanese Integra wins hands down.

I think the Xsara is your best bet, with a stage 1 or 2 (can it get 2?) turbo... An easy win there.

yeah, i went and sold my xsara rally car when i won it, then tried the pro series FF race with my integra type r, couldn't touch that nasty spoon civic...still havn't beat it
