What's the Perfect Corner?

I like the light chicane in Tokyo, about half-way 'round the track. You can either exit the turn at 90mph and think you're going fast or leave the set doing 160mph and get that same feeling. You have to really concentrate to really plow though it perfectly. I also like the sweepers between the two longish left turns on Apricot. There are a couple turns, those too get the same feeling. It's hard to know if you've gotten it perfectly.

on midfield reverse the long right hander(tricky if you go to deep on the kerbs) before the tunnel then the left wich is smoothly banked...NICE!!:D

I like the downhill Corkscrew at Laguna Seca. It is really fun to skid down it with a high-powered rear-wheel drive car and slide around. I love sliding! :D

i like the 1st of the apricot hill ...... its very very tricky conner ..... i like to use understeer car to drift there from the 1st until before the big U turn

like the feeling of a perfectly made turn at the 90 degree righthander after the "jumps" at seattle II. It's so hard to make it perfect.

dont even remind me of that test with that camaro... 14.201 (.001 seconds too slow)

Hey all been reading the forum a while thought i should share my opinions.. 1st post hahaha
i like by far the corners after the tight ess i guess on cote de zur after that i would say all of seattle in any rear wheel higher horse power car... luguna seca is my favourite track

Laguna Seca seems to come first in most of the posts. I personnally like many of the turns that have been mentioned here, but I'll vote for a track which has only been quoted once and by mistake : Test Course.
Turn 1 in a hybrid 4000 hp RX-8 at 400 mph. Keeping the racing line without brushing the wall or spinning around is a real challenge.

I sat down last night to try and polish out that last 0.015" myself, only to discover that somehow or other I hadn't saved after golding A 1-6! GRRR! The first 5 were easy but now I have to go back and herd that barge of a Jaguar through the Midfield tunnel again...
:banghead:

i know what you mean, neon_duke. Exactly. On another note my new favorite turn is the turn going into the first tunnel on Deep Forest Raceway 2. Its great i love the elevation change.:D

my favourite corners would have to be the set of corners after the back straight at seattle. After doing a couple of endurance races there i think i now have them perfected. The one after the chicane at leguna is good too. I catch up a lot there....

Yeah, the one after the chicane is a great turn, because if you break just a little bit then you can slip past the AI on the inside and then cut them off at the next turn. It's a great way to get ahead, because they brake a ridiculous amount going into the corkscrew.

Yup, struggled with that one too. But I was talking about Seattle II when you go over the jumps downhill and then have to brake while turning and into the 90 degree righthander.

Drifting through the chicanes of tahiti in my evo7rcp
but the corkscre @ seca is mean

the 90 degree turn in seattle after the long straight just before the new stadium. If you slam on the brake and turn just right your car does a wicked tailspin.
