Hmm...probably only like 2 hours.
I have a fairly short attention span.
When I first got the game and I was doing all the races I probably played for more like 5 hours straight, but it was somewhat hard not too when the Pro level races take forever.

One time I played Diablo for 15 hours without pause.
Another time I played Ultima Online for 22 hours without pause, and when Everquest came out, I was playing that for 10 hours at a time.

Maybe that's why I'm going back to school...

Edit: as for GT3, probably 2 hours at a time, 2 or more times a day.

I've done that. I played UO for like 3 years, then it got really crappy when EA bought it.

One time, I got up, and started playing GT3, and forgot I was even playing, I was just goin, on the same track, in the same car. It was like 9:45 when I started and I didnt quit until about 4am, when I looked up at the lap counter, it said 209 or somtn like that.

Hahaha me too.
My friend and I were like PvP gods on the Pacific shard.
Money and houses and keeps and rares coming out our asses.

Then Trammel came into the picture...

http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=trammel

2. "Something that restricts activity, expression, or progress; a restraint."

:banghead:

Thus why Everquest was next on the list.
But that just had OBVIOUSLY addictive properties and I am not one to give into addiction  so I quit that.

I played on Catskills.
Yeah Trammel ruined everything. Rares became less rare. Being a thief became pointless. PKs pretty much disappeared. All the newbies just hung out in Trammel. You couldn't even scam people anymore because they invented cheques.

I never played Everquest or any of the other games like it because they just didn't seem all that interesting to me. I might play the new UO:X game that is supposed to be coming out this year though.

Serious gamer here... :) The longest time, well lost count... all I can say is.. for GT1, me and my brother spent the whole Easter weekend playing GT, taking a couple of hours' break in between... GT2 went a bit quicker (we got the hang of things :))... and GT3 was just a breeze (talking about licences and racing)

The only other game I spent one and a half day playing was Final Fantasy X... well.. I slept for almost a day (on and off) to get back to my normal routine...

One bad habit of mine is that I do get very caught up when I'm playing a game that I really like... :)

Id say the longest time ive drifted is somewhere around six hours, that was when i sat down and said "now i AM going to learn how to drift and i wont stop untill i do." And so i did..

However. I have to agree with CMD here and say that FFX is prolly the game i have played the longest time without major interuption. There was the standard routine of "disruptions" as girlfriend ( ), toilet, food and phone, i was playing for 31 hours and then fell asleep walking in the Calm Lands (for u who know FFX that **** is just to d*mn big).

//Eddie.

You should see me playing shooters.
Call of Duty for instance. I play that on CPL.
Sometimes I get so pissed off that I like punch myself in the head and shi.t
That's high-level gaming.

But ya, back to GT3; I only started drifting like 3 months ago. Now with this new wheel and pedals I have, it's like learning all over again but it's obviously better so I'm totally spending time with it.

Edit: Ethix, I played on Cats too, bro. Mad cross-server scammin' it.
I had a chick character with a neon pink mowhawk on Cats named Sweet Transvestite that I spent like 1.25mil on to exploit the incognito bug that lets you use a beard restyle deed when the character turns into a male, then the beard stays on the chick when the spell wears off. Gave her a long beard. THEN I DIED IT NEON GREEN. That plus a wedding band that I bought off this guy that said Gay Pride on it.

It was great, but some smurf reported my ass and had my account blocked by some GM that I called a *censored* when he said he was deleting the character.
I was ready to sue Origin.

Yeah, I played Final Fantasy X until I completed it, yeah that's right, 30 hour or so. As for GT3, I have drifted for about 6 hours straight before, but that's the limit. I also have a problem with getting caught up with games I'm interested in.;)
