What's your "Home Track"?

Tsukuba is my "home" track.

I have alot of info written down in a notebook ( car setups ) once i get " base " times, i know what to do for the other tracks....

In GT5 my home track was Deep Forest. Lovely cambered track, nice chicane, longish sweeping corners, hairpin and a reasonably long straight, it's got the lot.

In GT6 I'm loving the Brands Hatch long track for the same reasons :)

Deep Forest.

Only thing I wish is that they'd make it less ugly. Not much has changed since the first time they made it.

But in GT5, I had an excellent custom track that I'd run every car I had on. In waiting for the new course creator. Not very patiently I'll admit.

I have been digging Brand Hatch alot lately. Maybe it was that first love deal when you start the game. Love the turns in the GP circuit. Can def run the car hard. Been having a lot of fun in the 07 WRX STI Spec C.

Nurburgring for sure..... although geographically based on where I live (sydney) it's Bathurst, which isn't a bad thing either I suppose...

I tend to use Motegi (full course) a lot for testing, but if I really want to tune a car, my choice is usually Trial Mountain.

I start every session of GT6 by driving one of my cars around the Nurburgring for one lap.

Deep forest has been my go to track since they took out midfield raceway, but im loving the new tracks as well.

Traditionally it's been Laguna Seca. It's in just about every major racing game/sim on every platform, so I can compare games easily, and it's the track I feel I know best since I did my racing school there in real life and was taught the proper line by professional racers.

In GT6 I've been finding myself on Streets of Willow a lot, though, since it's the track I run at most frequently in real life and it's got good balance. The only issue is that most of the trackdays I do there run the CCW/Reverse configuration, and GT doesn't offer that option, so I have to manually time my laps when running the direction I'm used to.

I have to say, I'm sad that Gran Turismo has never had my RL home track, Mid-Ohio. Or MIS for, that matter. Going flat out in my Civic 'round that oval is strangely satisfying.

Mid-Ohio is a really good track, too. I've always liked driving it in the PC sims that have it. I'd certainly rather have it than some of the stuff that's made its way into GT. (Many of the city courses, for example.)

This. It's been the place where I test all my cars. I feel like I've been cheating on it though, Bathurst is way too good to pass up in GT6.

Apricot Hill

That and Midfield Raceway were my test tracks in GT 4.

GT 5 failed to have those tracks so it was Deep Forest.

I'm very happy to see Apricot Hill back!
