Wheels in Motion

I have noticed something in PAL version, but I could be wrong.

It looks like the wheel is 2d when in motion and not 3d like in JPN version. I might be wrong, but it looks like it's 2d.

hmm, I was watching the Video on ABS lock with PAL version, and seemed like it was 3d.. IDK could be.. could be not. I did not notice anting

Oh well there need to be some sacrifices made for the game to run great At least wheels are 3d when car is not moving Many racing games use that option. But we still need some proof of what you say is true.

Even if it is blured it could be 3D, In colin McRae DiRT the wheels used some technique to be blurred no matter what, and still be 3D as far as I can tell.

Yeah, I'm most likely wrong, but it looked liked 2D when I was driving past a car in bumper-cam view on High Speed Ring.

Yeah they are 3D, they do appear 'flat' when when spinning, but if you see them in slower motion they are still 3D.
