Lauch day, Yayyyyy, there is even a game for me to play it.
 
Launch day, but because I took some cash to fund my GT6 anniversary pre order, my parents got me the games to go with. So I won't actually be playing PS4 until Christmas.
 
After recent videos and previews of NBA 2k14 for PS4 looking so good (visuals and features) I can't resist. I will attempt to pick one up on launch, I am sure a department store around here will have one in stock if I am quick.
 
Probably 2014. Part of me wants to wait until LBP3 or GT7 is out, but Driveclub is starting to look really impressive after the various improvements.
 
I'll be getting mine at launch on 29 Nov. It has been preordered since 27 Feb so I'm excited it is less than 3 weeks away.
 
My vacation day was approved at work (I have well over 6 weeks, might as well use one day) so I'll be there at midnight to pick up my PS4.
 
I will be getting one as soon as I am able. I don't know when that will be though as being a student means I don't have much money.

You know Resogun and Contrast are both free on day one? (Assuming you already have PSN+)

Admittedly how long they'll keep you interested for may only be short term but you'll still have something to play. Also there may be some free2play titles at launch aswell so you could always check those out.

You've also mentioned PS3, have you considered trading any unwanted games towards PS4 titles? - I've just traded all mine so now I have a £100 gift voucher ready for day one! (Keeping the PS3 tho for GT6)

Same here, that trailer was stunning so I'm gonna give it a go, got pretty bored on current gen buying the same type of games so I'm gonna try new things on PS4
 
The trading shop near me (Blockbuster) are closing down. Besides, I would not get much money for the games anyway. I may play Resogun, but I wouldn`t be playing the PS4 until December 6th due to exams, so it may be worth holding out and just playing GT6.

Which game? I've pre-ordered but I really don't see any game I want to play. BF4, I've already bought 2 copies for the PC. CoD, not interested until it becomes really cheap. Assassins Creed? Rather get it for the PC. Drive Club, not out yet. GT6, well, that's PS3. Fifa 2014? or I'll just have a PS4 with no games? :(

Maybe I should cancel until something worthy comes out. Uncharted, Last of Us, MGS, GT7 that kind of stuff.
 
On the 14th of this month, a list of new titles will be shown in America by Sony, and on the 29th of this month the same titles will be shown in Europe.
 
I won't be getting a PS4 until Project CARS is released, unless another game changes my mind.

Fair enough, agreed the trading titles are pretty poor tho, surprisingly enough the highest I was given was £7 cash or £10 exchange and that was for Portal 2 and Black Ops2 (each), all the other CoDs were £4 exchange.

Got £15 each for 2 spare DS3's I had which were both pretty battered tbh.

Physical wise all I'm left with now is TLoU as I want the single player DLC and GT6 Pre Order, I have digital GTA5 then all PSN+ titles, Roll on the 29th!
 
till something interesting will be released, there are no games for me at the moment. i'll wait for project cars, mgs5, uncharted 4 etc.

You have to had game you want to play it. Otherwise just delay your purchase, for me it's hands down the Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag. Yes i know i could already play it on PS3 but I've decided since i haven't played any AC game this would be my first. After this i'm backing to AC and then AC:Brotherhood.

But would be better to play some decent exclusive like Ridge Racer of wipeout instead of any game that is coming in 2013.
 
I'm getting the Xbox, but I'll probably end up getting a PS4 when a game that I want is released for it, which will probably be the next MLB: The Show game.

If you like shooters (well, you mention BF4 and CoD) there will be the new Killzone. Flying planes: War Thunder which is F2P anyway. Knack looks like it could be fun too. I'm sure there are others from some of the smaller devs.

I suppose it depends on what you like though.
 
Due to recent cash flow problems not till next summer I don't think. Hopefully the price will have come down a bit by then.
