there are no GT3 and up 100% completers without using gameshark on the internet (still doesn't quite roll of the tongue)I've only completed GT3 and GT4 with 100%. GT4 took me about two years, GT3 took me a DAMN LONG TIME with its "winning car roulette". Idk, with 1000+ cars and all these options and events, Im guessing it should take me perhaps 4-5 years? Ill continue to play and enjoy it. I did the same with GT4, although with GT3 my memory card reformatted just a few weeks after 100% and I went into a state of gaming depression(never played Sim mode to this day).
No it hasn't, it's impossible. It's been done by many people without Gameshark. It just takes a hellovalot of patience.
No it hasn't, it's impossible.
You wanna hear my slogan again?
actually it is 96%
From GT3 and up it is impossible to 100% a GT game, it can't be done.
Some people might have acheived this with the help of gameshark but it is impossible to complete it by playing the game the way it's supposed to be played.
It's never been done.
Now you might say "But *insert username* completed GT4 without using gameshark"
To that i say, first of all mind your own business *insert username* doesn't need you to talk on his/her/but probably his behalf.
Second of all *insert username with the word chick in it* on another forum said she was a hot chick and wanted to meet me, all she needed was my bank account password.
Now I'm 300000 dollars in debt and I'm still waiting "FakeChick" to show up.
Just like there are no women on the internet, there are no GT3 and up 100% completers without using gameshark on the internet (Doesn't quite roll of the tongue)
So my answer is never, i'm never gonna finish GT5 100%.
Yup yup
Welcome to the boards FendRhodes. I can't seem to follow your post here and you are sorely mistaken when you say no one has completed GT3, GT4 and GT5P without cheating. I myself HAVE done it, many many people have and none too difficult if you devote enough time. I've taken the liberty on editing your post and editing out your false information. Please re-read the AUP you recently agreed to when joining GT Planet. Thanks.

In an attempt to redeem myself...No it is not impossible to complete the games, I myself have, but for some strange reason it does not show 100%. Check your PS2 save file if you still have it, to be sure. Apparently PD screwed up at some point in the making and made it impossible for the "100%" mark to show. I just found this out, so I don't know the details myself. Ima google, smh.
I never got 100% in GT4 so I think thats the correct answer for GT5.
Because it's funny...
Last GT I finished 100% was GT2. GT3 I had one endurance left, and same with GT4. Technically I still haven't beat Prologue because I still need to own two cars (GTbyC and F2007).
Like Dave said, I'd need to know the size of the game before I can make a true guess, but seeing as how it's most likely larger than GT4, I doubt I'll ever finish. Unless our B-Spec buddies have improved from their idiocy in GT4; I definitely wasn't doing that last 24H enduro myself, but literally every time I let Bob do it, he fudged it up, so I just gave up on 100%. If they can actually pass without bumping into the back end of the car infront... perhaps I'll have 100% afterall.

Speaking of BOB. Since you can start races on the internet while away from the PS3 and leave BOB to do everything, does it mean we no longer have to do the PIT stop duties? As far as I know, in GT4 you were in charge of the things that happened during a pit stop otherwise the car would just sit there. To me that was very stupid cause I still had to sit there and watch everything. If I have to sit there the entire race, I might as well be racing myself.
