Where can I get the RedBulls 5G and Japan Flag?

One friend (USA) has the 5G and the other day I saw the Japan Flag online, but how can I get them????

Sadly Matau Polyphony was going to include them in GT5 but they were scraped for unknown reasons

Actually, the 5G was only supposed to be in the Japanese version for a Japanese-only Red Bull 5G seasonal to go along with the real Red Bull 5G series. The only way to get the car was through the competition.

Not sure about the JP flag version, though.

I did the competition and cleared it, but I never got the Red Bull 5G

the only way to get them is by hacking, I can't tell you how to go about it though

The 5G can be borrowed, but that's not the case with the Japan Flag one, even a hacked one can't be borrowed.

I think the JP Flag version was to be DLC after the earthquake happened in japan but not sure if this is true or not and never released.

Yes, that seems to be the case ... never released but hacked!
