Where can I win the Penzoil race car?

I told them both that it was a mistake i won the Pennzoil not the S-tune.

Hi, No matter what anyone says, remember , you can win the Penzoil Skyline. I did, and I was expecting something else, because it said Skyline S tune. one of the series races in the pro league. that's how I got mine, more hp than the one you buy too.
